I went to both locations and had a couple of different PAs before I met Brooke Lee. Since then she has been my go to medical professional. She is so caring and compassionate, and very thorough. Finally meet the doctor after sitting for an hour past my appointment time, waiting for her. After a half-done exam of my issue, she didn't offer anything to help. No icepack, no splint, no Tylenol, no advice on how to care for the injury....NOTHING! All she tells me is "go get a blood test and we will "try" and call you back later this month". This place needs to be closed down!!! What's the point of coming to a "doctors office" if the doctor doesn't know what his/he is doing?! I literally sat in front of the "doctor" and googled things to help with the injury. And her response to each suggestion from Google, "o yeah, let's try that". Also he has taken care of my husband Diabetes. He works hard and catches up on new medical developments quickly. He found "Jardiance" for my husband. It is very helpful. Dr Lieber is very nice and friendly with us. When my husband stepped down from the office bed, he reached his hand to hold my husband to make sure my husband was physically safe. Dr. Lieber always is willing to give us referrals for specialists as needed. His Internal Medical background with his great experience and knowledge diagnosed some of our health issues and stopped at early stages. I like to use the chance to thank Dr. James Lieber for making a great order on my PET/CT whole body scan. Because of these scans, he found my left Thyroid Nodule problem. He helped by giving me the referral to the best Thyroid Doctor in Arizona. Recently the Nodule cancer at the left Thyroid has been successfully removed. The right side of Thyroid and the Lymph nodes around the Thyroid are OK. From the time when we found the Thyroid Nodule to the time to surgery on the malignant Nodule, it took 1 month and 8 days. All Dr. Lieber's actions helped to remove the cancer promptly. I appreciate Dr. Lieber's excellent idea on PET/CT whole body check. Dr. Lieber saves me to avoid spreading the malignant cell to the body. I definitely highly recommend Dr. James Lieber to others.

She will not write longer than a 3-month prescription for long-term maintenance medicine and requires lots of erroneous visits (to get more $). She says "insurance requires it", but it absolutely doesn't! The office staff is the absolute worst! They file insurance claims late, fail to bill patients for services and then make harassing calls for payment over the phone. They are very unfriendly - from the closed window in the waiting room to scheduling the next appt. Upon finding another Dr, I found out 3 people I know had the exact same issue with Dr Lieber and staff and had also moved to another Dr. I only wish I had known that before I changed to this practice.

During my visit, I felt that my questions were not being adequately answered, and I received very little information about my condition or treatment options. The appointment only lasted longer because I repeatedly had to ask follow-up questions to get basic information that should have been explained from the start. What was even more frustrating was being labeled as "disrespectful" after I referred to the physician as "Dr. Megan." I had already apologized and explained that I did not know how to pronounce her last name. When a patient openly says they are unsure how to pronounce a provider's name, a professional front office should simply assist with the correct pronunciation rather than treat it as a sign of disrespect. I was also surprised by the suggestion that I should seek advice from a nurse practitioner elsewhere and by the implication that the office had done me a favor by urgently fitting me into the schedule. Patients should not be made to feel indebted for receiving medical care, especially when they leave with unanswered questions and concerns. Overall, I felt dismissed rather than heard. A patient expressing dissatisfaction with the quality of communication should not be treated as a problem. Unfortunately, this experience left me with zero confidence in the practice, and I am relieved that I will not be returning

Dr Walmer listened to me and made the correct diagnosis immediately. I had been to other drs and they just kept prescribing antibiotics and not trying to find the root cause. I left dr Walmer's office feeling finally someone who actually listens. With his diagnosis I was able to get the help I needed with the correct medications. I have been seeing Christina Zimmerman was almost as long as I have been going to EVIM. She is easy to talk to, explains things in laymans terms and takes the time I need. I never feel rushed. I like the idea that I can get bloodwork done in the office or go to a facility closer to my home. Also being able to get a bone scan right in the office is ideal.
