Everyone there is super nice and professional. I had to wait about 15 minutes to be serviced, but it was expected since I was late. I really like this office cuz I can get my labs drawn right in the same office and not have to go somewhere else! The phlebotomist was awesome as well! He was able to get my blood with just 1 poke! Wait times for appointments in this department are short. Beware seniors! Be ready for confusion and misstatements. Also be prepared for long wait times for lab work.

She says "insurance requires it", but it absolutely doesn't! The office staff is the absolute worst! They file insurance claims late, fail to bill patients for services and then make harassing calls for payment over the phone. They are very unfriendly - from the closed window in the waiting room to scheduling the next appt. Upon finding another Dr, I found out 3 people I know had the exact same issue with Dr Lieber and staff and had also moved to another Dr. I only wish I had known that before I changed to this practice.
