Although I'm sure Dr. Eulano is a wonderful physician I accidently gave credit to the wrong Doctor. My actual doctor was Dr. Daniel Kiddy, DPM is a podiatry specialist in Phoenix, AZ and has over 35 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from University of North Texas Health Science Center At Fort Worth in 1990. I just wanted to make sure the proper doctor received the credit for excellent service. I truly hate leaving 1-star reviews, especially for local businesses trying to succeed in our neighborhood. I always want to see small offices thrive. But after repeated failures and blatant disregard for patients, I can't justify staying silent. The podiatrist is fine -- the front office is the real issue. In early 2024, we showed up for an appointment only to be told it had been canceled without any prior notice. Annoying, but we rescheduled and moved forward. In late 2024, l personally booked an appointment for my two sons over the phone with the receptionist. We showed up - no appointment found. WTF????Once again, no apology, no responsibility, just a nonchalant attitude as if our time meant nothing. Still, it was the holidays, and we decided to give them another chance. Today was the final straw. We arrived for another scheduled appointment, only to be informed - casually and without apology -- that all podiatry visits had been canceled due to a "family emergency." We were told, with an almost mocking tone, that "messages went out last week,". As we left, I overheard the front desk muttering behind my back, confirming what was already clear: they simply do not care. Wasting my family's time repeatedly is one thing. Acting like it's our fault is another. We will never return. There are dozens of other podiatry offices who respect their patients. Find one of them. read more

So glad I scheduled with Dr. Jason kayce!!! He was so nice, gentle and professional. My ingrown toenail procedure was fast and not painful at all. The lidocaine injection wasn't even as bad as I expected. Highly recommend this podiatrist clinic. The doctor let me record and take pictures as well. I called Desert Podiatry and the receptionist Carla told me they have a same day appointment available. When I got there, their tiny waiting area is packed with people. Only one chair was available. I asked her if they were running behind, she replied no, right on schedule. I waited over 30 minutes and the waiting area just got fuller and fuller. Now people were waiting standing up because there wasn't enough chairs. I was getting claustrophobic and could not breath. I decided to leave because there was no oxygen in the room. When I asked the receptionist about the wait and all the people in the waiting area she simply replied that they were waiting for another provider, and she started arguing with me, like it was my fault and I had to wait. This was clearly business as usual. They overbook and make you wait as long as it takes. People who were there before I got there were still waiting when I left. If you want to be a patient here you will have to be very patient! read more

I finially had taken a appt to see the foot doctor, i could barly walk, i had to resort in meds like naproxen ibuprophen aleve which upset my stomach so badly, finially walked into heaven, the staff at this location was so very warm and professional, i was at ease, then i put the inserts into my shoes. i must tell you i had NO more pain this is life changing, thank you to this entire staff . i am so pleased with not only the inserts but how i was treated from the time i srrived until i walked out in sheer heaven, no oain, i even waiked my dog sincerely cathleen clifford read more

Dr. Eulano and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Upon seeing Dr. Albert Eulano, he took the time to look at my foot and let me know what needed to be done. The procedure was fast, simple, and painless. Every time I go to the location in Phx, Az, Dr. Eulano, Armand, Anne, Jordan, and the other staff always welcome me and my daughter as we enter the office and made sure every problem or any issues was taking care of. I had the most wonderful experience! Desert Run is my new podiatrist and I would recommend them to friends and family. I had previously gone to a different podiatrist for my issue and the only solution offered was medication that made me feel quite ill. I waited far too long without a resolution or medication before deciding to see a new podiatrist which is how I came across Desert Run. Every part of the process was easy and every interaction I had was pleasant. All the office staff were friendly and helpful. The medical assistants and nurses were so kind and knowledgeable. Not to mention Dr. Eulano was simply fantastic! I didn't have to wait long to get in to see him either. He is very personable, an excellent doctor, and a wonderful person. He provided me with a comprehensive explanation of my issues, which were actually a combination of 3 and an immediate solution! He performed a quick in-office procedure, provided me with medication and offered a plan for the future I could manage. My follow up was just the same, a wonderful experience! Loved Dr. Farahani. My wife fractured her toe trying to to run away from a javelina. We were referred to him by another orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Farahani was knowledgable, professional and caring with a sense of humor. He explained the injury and our treatment options very well. Surgery went smooth. It's been 6 weeks from the surgery and my wife is back to normal like nothing ever happened. read more
