When I tried to call it was said "a supervisor removed you and they are not here right now" So if you you disagree with their practices and challenge the items that never took place, you are ghosted. You might ask.... was I rude? No, we never even had a conversation over the phone. Did you do something to them? Yes I challenged charges for items that never took place in the appointment. I never even received a Dr's report from that appointment. I'm guessing because the Dr didn't want to put in writing what never took place. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam of a place at all costs!

The technician was very knowledgeable about positioning me without hurting me. Nurse came in to take vitals and to gather initial information. He succinctly passed it on to Dr. Ratliffe. Nothing the doctor told me was new and I realized it was time to do genetic testing for my condition. Injury prevention and maintenance are prime. The genetic testing is to do conscientious on the effects on my other systems. I am grateful for this practice.

I have been a patient here of Internist, Dr Jack Poles' for over a decade and see him regularly…read moreevery 2-3 months at a minimum. I can honestly testify to the efficientcy of the front office, their willingness to strive to not only be pleasing and accommodating but they are also very aware they are in the healthcare business and often dealing with people who are not feeling well, so may be low on energy, patience, or just ill feeling from chronic illness and they are not just typical office clerical workers. Their approach is kind, friendly, compasionate, helpful and the atmosphere chereful. From a decade of experience with this office I have never had a billing error, a call or message not returned promptly, communication is always great if the Dr is running late which is uncommon (and I generally take the last appointment of the day which in most offices is the worst and the one that is going to be your latest because all of your 1-3 minutes over with each patient all day builds up to running 30-40 minutes late by late in the day. But not generally here and in the few instances he has been running late it has been communicated with me which for me makes it all okay! As you are called back to the back offices you will be greeted by one of the medical assistants to the Drs. Dr Poles main assistant "Mara" has been with him for many years (like 20?) and has an extremely strong medical background and is professional, compassionate, truly caring, listens to your issues in order to convet they completely to Dr Poles. She also the gift of a great memory to be able to recall you and your history from visit to visit which makes you feel at ease and cared for. Upon meeting Dr Poles and getting to know him I quickly understood why she had stayed working for him for so long....he is just as caring as she is. He truly listens to your concerns and how you feel about your health and body and how it is functioning and then he does an old fashioned real hands on examination which is something that seems to be going out of style these days with many younger Drs cutting down on appointment time slots and relying more strictly on lab results than hands on exams and what they can see, feel and hear. He is still doing it all and not allowing political climate nor Health regulations and reforms to interfere with his ability to practice good medicine as he hAs always done. I credit him with hearing me and getting me referred to specialists when I needed them when others did not hear me and I was able to get the care which I truly needed. He understands no one knows your body like one's self so the best source of information is listening to his patients. This along with his caring, compasionate personality make him a one of a kind very special man, & Dr. I am thankful for him & would not hesitate to recommend him or any of his partners in practice to anyone because from all I know they are all winners!

The second MRI showed another pinched nerve so here we go another surgery, 2 weeks later I had a lump on my back and it was a puss pocket . I went to the ER Deer Valley where I sat from Saturday till Tuesday they did clean out surgery. 8 months later I have no use of my right arm and my left arm can't pick anything up .I can't work anymore and everyday is a struggle. I'm worse then I ever was, I'm crippled and it sucks. They don't take my Ins anymore. He told me he see's does surgery on someone there his patient for life, well I can't tell he has not seen me since March 2025 he never sent me to physical therapy. Dr Murphy saw my MRI, video taped out visit, so I could refer to it later. He explained, and showed me exactly what the problem in my spine was and the available options to fix it. He is a miracle worker. He is kind, calm, takes him time, knows what he is doing and cares about his patients. He did my surgery three weeks later. In a one hour surgery, he took my quality of life from a 2 to a 10. He is very responsive in returning calls, as is his staff. I have had three major knee surgeries within the last four years. My experience with Dr Murphy and his staff was hands down the easiest and, by far, the very best. If I ever have another spinal issue, I will travel to wherever he is operating.

At the urging of my podiatrist, I scheduled an appointment with Modern Vascular and met (Dr.) Jodi Rowlett wow what a little spitfire and a straight shooter. She tells it like it is. After an ultrasound, she seriously recommended I go to Laser Vein Center (Her reason for wanting further analysis and diagnosis was to make sure there was nothing in the veins that would cause problems with the artery procedures.) I did and I met Dr. Kim (he was great and did a couple of procedures on my veins). Then back a few weeks later to Modern Vascular. Then it was January and I had my first appointment with the Modern Vascular Surgery Center. Pearl is a welcoming greeter/front office well-organized individual (5 Stars to Pearl) I have not met a doctor like Dr. Patel. He is such an amazing patient caring doctor. He took the time to sit, and explain everything about the angiogram procedure into depth to me. Following the procedure, he met with my husband and explained the findings and what he did. I want to commend the staff they have at the Glendale location. The nurses (Nick, Nicki, Andy ) made me feel comfortable the minute we met. They are professional and respected my personal dignity. They also explain the procedure in much detail and reconfirmed what Dr. Patel had told me. I want to thank two nurses I saw the most in my 3 appointments there. They are Nick and Nicki, two very kind, pleasant and exceptional nurses who work like a well trained tag-team. The whole staff created such a pleasant feeling tone from my first entrance to my Operating Room staff and then even with all other experiences I had the pleasure to be a part of. I was so scared and nervous about this procedure. She made my experience so much better from start to finish. She made sure to explain everything into detail and talked to me during the procedure when I would start to have anxiety. Dr Patel is the nicest doctor there. I am so glad I had the procedure done and I am excited to see my wound heal.
