I've been suffering for the past couple of weeks with intense foot pain - to the point that it's…read moredifficult to even walk. My family doctor recommended Dr Jay Larson at Sole Foot & Ankle Specialists. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and this place is great. Dr Larson examined my foot, asked a bunch of questions and had me diagnosed with plantar fasciitis within minutes. They did a couple of x-rays, an ultrasound and followed that up with a cortisone injection and a list of exercises and stretches to alleviate the pain. Dr Larson is an easy-going, easy-to-talk-to guy, and really seems to know his stuff and his staff was awesome. He explained that this issue is common, and is generally resolved within a couple of months of injections, massage and stretching exercises. I am almost looking forward to my nexts appointment.
