I found this place and read good reviews, and decided to give them a try for a chronic ingrown toe nail issue I'd been having. I scheduled a visit to find out what my options were and learned that the toe matrixectomy was a very common and easy in office procedure to help solve ingrown toe nail problems. Dr. Sekosky was very nice and patient. He answered all of my questions I had. A few weeks later, I went back for the procedure and it was one of the easiest procedures that someone could get done. The receptionist went over aftercare and so did the Dr. Everything healed smoothly and there were no complications. I had 3 follow up appointments with no issues. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. And the waiting room always has fun movies on, as well as books to read. I would highly recommend this podiatrist for any foot problems you be experiencing! I'll definitely be going back there if needed. read more

The front office staff is very unpleasant and actually threatens to discontinue seeing you unless you go to visit outside Specialists that demand money that you really do not have. I've been in this place now for 5 months and my issue has not been resolved when I think it should have been resolved much much sooner. I think this place is more or less just very slow and not very discourteous in their service and I would recommend finding another Podiatry practice too take any foot related issues too. Also usually called back about 20 minutes to half hour past your appointment time. read more

If I could give Dr. Tim and his staff 6 stars I would. Truly appreciate this facility. As a diabetic, foot care is extremely important. Dr. Tim takes time to listen to the issues I'm facing and has done an amazing job addressing them. I've used Valley Foot care for over a year now, and I'm very satisfied. This doctors office is a joke. They don't listen to the patient at all. Wouldn't recommend going to this place.

I would not recommend this practice. They charge seniors who are not charged at other practices and back up their policies with untrue Medicare/insurance info. My mother has health issues and has not paid for these services in 8 plus years at other doctors. The staff is condescending and rude. I would not trust Dr. Tim!! When I called to question the charge to see if they have resubmitted the claim they said that I "refused to Pay". Which is untrue. I think people have the right to question a bill. Especially when looking out for an elderly family member!! read more

Dr. Marisa Haddad is a truly great podiatrist. I have a recurrent callus on the sole of my right foot. The callus becomes very painful, eventually making it difficult to walk even with a custom orthotic insert. From my home in the West Valley (Goodyear), I spent 6 winters looking for a podiatrist who would give me the kind of pain relief I used to get from my podiatrist in St. Louis. Dr. Haddad is even better. This is the first time I have been pain-free in all those years. I believe the difference is a combination of knowledge, skill, patience, and truly caring about the patient. The problem is that I didn't meet Dr. Haddad until the week before my wife and I were moving back to St. Louis full-time. When I arrived I was warmly welcomed , and was escorted back to exam room . Dr. Sekosky examined me and shared his treatment plan. I have never experienced such a frustrating situation as I did with this physician. The doctor is friendly yet seems somewhat scattered and is a poor listener. My issue was relatively simple, yet he performed unnecessary x-rays and an MRI, and even prescribed medication for a condition that did not exist. In frustration, I sought the advice of another podiatrist who is not covered by my insurance plan and I ended up paying for the entire visit out-of-pocket. That podiatrist correctly and immediately diagnosed my situation, performed the appropriate ultrasound in office, and I was on my way fully-cured after the appointment. I would never, ever recommend Dr. Sekosky to anybody needing any level of foot care or God forbid, surgery. read more

Tim is very unprofessional, rude and has an anger issue. My grandma has been having problems with too much moisture due to her wearing close toe shoes and the heat. Tim continuously told our family that it was due to her peeing her pants and it dripping down to her shoes he also said that she's probably walking into water. He tried to explain to him that she's under Constant supervisor. He wouldn't listen to us and even at one point he said her feet don't sweat. Last time I took my grandma to his office he said he wanted the whole family to be at the next appointment so we "could get on the same page" when we got there he was rude to my mother and mad that there were four of us my mother tried explaining to him that his accusation about my grandma feet were not correct. He started yelling aand threatening to kick her out (he went from 0-100 real quick) when we also first got into the room the nurse told us to sit down and had an attitude. (Still not sure why we had to sit) over all he doesn't listen to his patients. He's very rude and has a "you're not a doctor so you're an idiot " type of attitude and I wouldn't recommend this off to ANY ONE if you care about you feet 10/10 don't recommend going here read more

I have never been so disappointed with any medical care in my life until now! After reading what i thought were favorable reviews about Dr Sekosky, I decided to try him after breaking my foot. I was put on hold over 20 min to just schedule an appointment. But thought he must be busy- not a bad thing. However, when I arrived for my appointment. I found the staff extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, especially after waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes with very little explanation. At one hour I asked what the delay was and was told they were verifying my insurance and was on hold. But after 1 hour and 15, I asked if I could simply pay for the visit and was told no, they did not know what to charge and it was their policy to get authorization for insurance. I can fully understand this policy however then why did they wait for my arrival before they called my insurance? Besides, I have NEVER experienced a one hour 15 minute delay anytime I called my insurance. When I pushed for answers I was told they could reschedule me another day or I could try another doctor!!?? Huh? I live more than 40 minutes away, walking on crutches due to broken foot and they are requesting I come back after waiting 1.15 hours!! Not acceptable. They have a very poor attitude and I am appalled at their poor customer service!! Patients BEWARE!! read more

I highly recommend. I went to see Dr. Haddad for a small lesion on my foot. I have had unresolved health issues for years and assumed this was just another symptom. She took a holistic approach and I was eventually diagnosed with an auto-immune disease. I am receiving treatment and my health has begun to improve. I have really bad planter fasciitis and heel spurs, the pain had gotten so bad I was having trouble walking. Since I moved to Arizona I just haven't been able to find a good podiatrist until I found valley foot care and Dr Sekowsky. He is a very down to earth doctor that truly cares about his patients and listens to their concerns. I have had other podiatrists make me custom orthotics that have not worked in the past so I was a little skeptical about him making me some. The pain wasn't getting any better so I had him make me a pair, and I am so glad I did. My feet are feeling better everyday and I'm finally able to work out again. I just left there from my second appointment, without any actual treatment for the conditions I have. I feel the kind of insurance you have will dictate the treatment you receive. I was prescribed way too strong of an antibiotic on my first visit for an "infection" I did not have. I was told if I did not take it, he would not perform my procedure on the next visit. Today I was solicited to buy medication directly from Dr. Timothy Sekosky and that he was the sole provider of this medication. So, my only options were to pay him out of pocket or have no treatment at all. After talking to me about an irrelevant topic for an excessive amount of time, I was informed that I only get 25 minutes of his time and I was done. He was not in the room for 25 minutes. The way he talked down to me and the blatant attempt to milk the insurance company and his direct request for me to give him cash, I would recommend you find yourself someone who will actually care for you and not just what he can line his pockets with. read more

I went to Dr. Sekosky for an ingrown toenail. Sounds simple but was not. The doctor walked me through it and talked to me about some other issues I was having in detail. The staff in the office are also professional and make you feel very comfortable. I'm a nurse and also spent 20 years in healthcare administration, so I judge health care providers pretty harshly. I went to Dr. Sekosky for a significant injury to my big toenail and resultant ingrown nail on both sides of the big toe. It was very painful. He and his staff were very kind. He was easy to talk to and listened. He also had several MA students and took the time to explain everything to them, step by step and WHY you do things a certain way. I wish we had clinical instructors as patient as him when I was in nursing school. One MA seemed a little flustered setting up for my procedure, so Dr. Sekosky walked her through it and when she made a mistake - breaking sterile field, he gently corrected her and invited me to offer any recommendations as a nurse. I said "we all make mistakes - the thing to never forget is to admit as soon as we did and correct it immediately - and trust me, you'll never make that mistake again." Dr. Sekosky said, 'remember that... everyone will make a mistake - identify and admit it... the patient's care is priority and at the end of the day, each night you'll go home and think about your day and ask yourself "did I do everything I possibly could to give that patient the best result?"' Trust me, not all doctors think that way. It's GREAT to find one that does.
