I went to Queen nails about a week ago waited to go after they reopened due to the Coronavirus I never had a problem before until now but I got a full set a couple days later 3 nails just popped off hadn't hit anything nor was my hands in water I paid $35 and now my nails looks awful the girl that did my nails was friendly and sweet but what I noticed is she didn't use enough glue just a dot of glue in the middle of the nail then she applied to my nails so tomorrow 06/19/20 I'm going to tips to toes my favorite place and start over again with a full set where I know I don't have to worry about them popping off read more

I'm new to the area and receive the booklet with coupons for the mall and local businesses. I was very disappointed, the owner did my pedicure and it was the worse pedi I have ever had! She was not friendly was on her cell phone talking her language then she pulls out a card with everything price extra. really? Since i chose only the coupon pedi I receive the minimal and the roughest rub With lotion on my legs. After she finish she moved quickly to the next customer. While the young lady next to me reviewed a quality pedicure and a very nice lady to talk with. The owner who did my pedi in less then 20mins. Did two other ladies. I sat in the massage chair while my nails dry. When I was getting ready to leave I ask the other worker to please clean the nail polish the was left around my toes. Two days later my nail Polish was coming offf., my heals felt rough and my nails need to be filed because they also felt rough. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. All the owner is thinking about is $$$ and definitely not customer service. read more

Was in town and needed a pedicure, place was close to my hotel. BEST pedicure I've gotten in awhile. The hot stone leg massage was wonderful. If I lived here would be my go to place! read more

What a great nail salon! My sister and I have be going here for about 6 months now. All the nail technicians are great; Cindy,Cathy,Phi,etc... I really enjoy my relaxing pedi's with Cindy. She also does great fills and nail art. I moved to AZ about 3yrs ago and have tried a lot of salons. I have definitely found the right one. Everyone I have recommended just love this salon! read more

This place is amazing!!!! They are so friendly!! We chat every time i come in!! Very clean and they do such a great job! I'm there right now getting my nails done for my wedding. If you don't like something (which never happens) they will fix it to make it how you like. I wouldn't go anywhere else. By the way..they always keep homemade cookies which are delicious. read more

Small, friendly, clean nail salon. Great location and even better prices. Many gel polishes to choose from at the salon.

Very good quality service. The whole staff has been very friendly every time I have been here, and I am always Impressed with my pedicures.

We walked in near the end of the day and they took us right in. Gave me a great mani pedi and my daughter a mani. Sweet ladies. Good attitudes. Open until 6:30 on Saturday. read more

Oh my gosh!! Finally found a home for my nails. I was a walk in for a pedi and eyebrow wax on a Saturday afternoon. Everyone was nice and they saw me fast. My toes look great. Lots of colors to pick from too. I will go back. read more

This place is not very clean at all. And instead of talking to you they talk to each other the whole time. I had flies buzzing around and landing on me. Just a bad feel all together. I expected more for the area . I should have gone to my regular place or Nails 101 right down the road. They don't accept tips in debit or credit card form which is weird. I had an unpleasant experience read more

Went in today because my regular salon didn't have time. Had a set and pedicure. They got me in right away and we're very fast but the quality sucks! My nails look so thick, uneven and my pedicure polish isn't covering my entire nails. Sloppy work!! Definitely won't be back! read more

It was great loved the service and the color and all but my nails are SUPERRRRR short now I finally grew them out and now they are way to short read more

Queen's Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Sadly, after my third trip here I now see what everyone else is experiencing. A pedicure that looks like an art project of a small child. Big toe nails are filed in opposite directions with serious and obvious slants. Not the look I was or have ever been going for in the pedicure department. My fill is a mess. An over application of top coat has left what appears to be sags at the edges of my nails. Upon closer inspection there are bumps under the polish and the polish is all over my cuticles. Again, not the look I am going for - ever. This place was promising at first. Clean - no. Spa-like - not at all. The people were friendly and the original mani and pedi's were great. Third time was not a charm. I do not recommend. read more

One of the best pedicures I've ever had! Was greeted promptly, brought to a comfortable massage chair, and handed a menu of services. The salon is clean and well kept. They used a disposable liner in the foot bath. A good range of price points was offered, from $23 to $50. Since I needed extra attention to calloused heels, I opted for the $33 choice. This included a salt scrub and hot rock massage! Just marvelous! Really felt it was a good value and will be back. read more

100% recommended nail studio. I was worried to find any studio with good-quality work for my liquid gel nails in Paradise Valley Village and fortunately I have found it. They are working with good materials I guess and nails stay nice until next refilling. No naughty and broken fingernails! I really thank all of them for having pretty nails while I am staying in US. read more

I went today for a pedicure- will never go back. The gal talked the entire time to her boss? with her head turned and never paid attention to my toes. I get pedi's every 3 weeks so I'm not a problem case but it was so inadequate. She gave me 45 secs to my right foot heel on the scrub and 10 secs to my left. The polish was good but then she kept it (it was mine that I brought in). That is a bad mistake on her part. I usually go elsewhere and was giving this place a chance since I was getting a fill. I read about the gnats on a previous review and they were all over my chair - UGGG. It was empty when I got there and when I left. Won't go for a pedi there ever again. read more

My daughter and I decided to have a spontaneous girls day on a Sunday. We went to every nail place starting at Tatum and Shea, heading north. Every place had a wait of at least 20 minutes. When we arrived at Queen's nails, next to Hobby Lobby and noticed 4 technicians and no customers.....I should've known why there were wasn't a wait!!!! My daughter and I sat side by side which was nice. Problem was the main lady which was doing paperwork spoke so loudly to another worker which sat behind us. The fun continued when both of our technicians bantered in their conversations. There was constant loud (rare) talking all around us and no engaging with us. It was time for my massage, one of the perks of a manicure and pedicure. I decided to close my eyes to give a subtle hint. Nope, the talking back and forth just continued like we were not there and wished I wasn't!!!!!!! Our manicures were only $13 and I still gave a $5 tip to each technician. Mind you my daughter was done before my massage.......why do they rush through kids, but charge the same price???? My daughter is 12, not really a kid. But, done in half the time. My technician asked me, holding up the $10 bill...irritated. Asked if the manicure was ok and if I was happy. I actually had a terrible headache and wished I never went there, but now being questioned on a $5 cash tip. You get what you pay for, don't go because of cheap price. NEVER GO TO QUEEN"S NAILS NEXT TO HOBBY LOBBY I never do these comments, but this was the worst place I have ever been to. Stay home when the other places are too busy. They are busy for a reason!!!!! Giving one star because I have to put something in, one is too much. read more

My technician was kind and nurturing, the other technicians focused on their own work and did not chat among themselves, the music was relaxing, they used a plastic liner in the tub for sanitation, the prices and services were clearly described on their price sheet (I got the express pedicure), the foot and leg massage lasted almost 10 minutes, the lotion was wiped off my legs and feet with a warm and wet towel, she even used a paint brush to clean up the edges. This was a great experience! I highly recommend Queen's Nails for anyone who is down to earth, respectful and appreciative of other people's hard work. read more

Great salon Quiet friendly and sooo clean. Phi is wonderful. Love getting manis and pedis here.

i went there to get a set of gel acrylics, everything was going well but i noticed they horror when she puts the nail glue on my skin. it was even more painful later on when she also got the dry acrylic in me. she had to peek my skin off in order to shape my nails, she didn't even do this right. she made them too short and the edges aren't evenly curved. then the the gel polish sucks too, my nails are bumpy and the side of my nails don't have polish...she know she messed up and instead of fixing them she just tired to get me out of the store as soon as possible. idk how their other services are but she aren't good at acrylics...also my mom got her eyebrows waxrd and they were uneven read more

Not very friendly atmosphere. Felt rushed in and out. The lady did a bad job on my acrylics they are crooked and not smooth. She also hurt me when putting them on and didn't want to listen to me about how short I wanted them. She didn't say a word to me the whole time I got a full set and pedicure. Went with 4 friends and no one was very satisfied. Will not be going back. read more

If you are looking for a place to go, please do not go here....the staff there is rude, snide, and unprofessional. It was obvious they were making fun of a customers feet in their 'home' language - laughing, staring, and asking her how she found out about them - and was asking her if she lived around the area. I felt actually sorry for the girl. I told my lady at the end of my service just how rude that was. No apologies from them. I will never set foot in there again. read more

I had been to this nail salon maybe 5 times before my previous visit on Saturday 3/8/14. They had done a decent job and had been friendly. I had a horrible experience this last time and will never go back. If this review keeps just one person from going to this salon it will have done it's job. I was greeted by a friendly staff member, seated in the chair (massage function on) and began soaking my feet (was getting a spa pedicure). The employee was beginning to remove nail polish from my toes when another employee (older female) began speaking to the girl who was working on me in their native language so of course I couldn't understand (which I find rude anyway). So the older lady then tells me that they have 3 appointments scheduled for this time (I was a walk in and was prepared to wait, no big deal but she took me within a few minutes) and the girl did not check the book. She tells me I will have to wait or come back later and to please not be mad. At this point my feet are in the water, the massage chair is on and the employee has started removing my polish. Kind of too late to tell me to wait in my opinion. I totally understand that mistakes happen. Really, if they had not already started on my service it would have been fine. I could have ran some errands and come back later, no problem. But as it was my service had already started and it was absolutely horrible customer service to dry my feet off and send me on my way. Embarrassing too. I felt sorry for the girl doing the service because she was quite nice and you could tell she felt terrible about it. The management here stinks and they obviously don't care about their customers and need a crash course in customer service. There are too many other nail salons around to put up with this treatment. I will never go back (nor will my friends or family). read more

I went in for a manicure and this guy Henry asked me twice if I wanted gel manicure and I said no twice and said I wanted regular manicure. He proceeded to sit down and soaked my fingers. I told him I wanted him to cut my nails shorter and he said he will first cut my cuticle before cutting my nails. He also took away the magazine I got because he said "you have no time to read, this is a manicure! ( I was shocked but didn't say anything.) Then he started filing one fingernail down and asked me if it was the right length. I said yes but I asked if he can just cut the nails instead of filing them down since my teeth feel funny with too much filing . At this point he raised his voice in front of my face and said " I told you I will cut it later but I will file one nail down first. He was yelling in my face and so I told him to lower his voice since he was yelling at me! He put his tools down and said, I'm done here, you had an attitude since you came in the salon you can leave now ! I asked him who he was because I was totally shocked with his attitude. I said I had been going there for years and he said you are not coming back here because you are a bitch! So I yelled back at him too. Then I got up and said he was rude and would call the police on him and he said "go ahead!" So I told him to F.O. too and he put his head out and called me a Bitch and a C--T too! I called his boss, the owner and told her about it . She apologized to me but will not fire him or let him go because they are short-staffed . Is that customer service? Really? I would not go to that salon for as long as that man is there, he is the only man there, short and stocky and very rude and thinks he is' all that' because he can speak better English than his co-workers but still has a strong Vietnamese accent. All I can say is that the owner should not tolerate him andshould not continue to keep him in her employ because he is so rude and vulgar and should not be in the service industry. Not recommended at all !!!! read more

Now.....This is a nail salon--- clean, comfortable,& very inviting. The staff is always friendly & courteous. Best Mani/Pedi in Town

My manicure was sloppy and started to chip the next day, my pedicure was painful and rushed after waiting 30 minutes for it to start even though I made an appointment. My mom wanted stripes on her big toes for the forth of July which came out lopsided and uneven. I highly suggest going somewhere else and not wasting your money here. read more
