I'm sad to say that this is the worst manicure I've ever had. I had two great manicures, one so-so, and now this. I won't be going back. One day following a gel manicure my nails should not be bending and chipping. That's not to even mention the cuticles and the uneven filing. Nice lady, awful job. read more

Owner is rude and will charge for the littlest things I use to come here all the time but since the owner changed the prices gone higher I do not recommend going here I use to love it here and now I'm no longer happy with it. read more

Best place ever!! I've been to many many nail salons and this is by far my favorite. The lady's are soooo sweet and professional! They all do nails the same way so you don't need to worry about a less experienced nail tech. They have fair prices and always get me right in. Every time I go my nails look great! They last such a long time too without breaking! Which is rare! I can't say enough good things about this place! I drive across town because it's worth it. :) read more

I absolutely loved this place it was my first time there and I will definitely be going again. The staff was really nice and took care of me well. And they did such an amazing job, I highly recommend this place. Also, apparently there is a new owner and I met her and she's very sweet as well and professional. read more

I am so very happy with how my acrylic gel nails came out! Cindy was just incredle with helping to make sure I got the right shade of teal glitter by combining colors and she was very thorough with the manicure. Definitely coming back! read more

I've been going here for years and always had a great experience. Quality service- my nails look great. My only suggestion would be that the place could use a coat of fresh paint.... I've sat there multiple times thinking how a fresh coat of paint and a little more updating would make a huge difference. I certainly doesn't keep from going here but that would enhance the salon. read more

Visiting out of town and I walked in for an eyebrow wax and they got me in pretty quick. However while getting my wax, I was told that my eyebrows were difficult and that I need to stop doing my eyebrows at home (which I never do). I left and tipped very low and was given attitude. I also am more swollen than I usually am while getting a wax. I am disappointed and upset because of the rude experience and sub-par wax and shape she left my eyebrows in. read more

I am so sad....I have been going here two years and after the pandemic this place became slowly very unfriendly and cold. I was treated so poorly by their tech Cindy and the owner just looked at me and said sorry there is nothing I can do for you as I walked out and asked if this was acceptable after I had been a customer of theirs for 2 years. Cindy acts like a miserable person who hates being there. She gets insulated if you ask questions or try to make conversation. If you are running behind ever for an appt she will treat you disrespectfully when you walk in but not talking to you or even say hello. This is despite calling and saying "I'm running behind". For a place that is not very clean you think they would make up for it with customer service but this hasn't been the case over the last several months. Very sad as it used to the be the case. They literally ran me off today as Cindy was yelling at me as I said I would leave. I would not recommend this place anymore and used to go a lot friends and family. Sadly they have recently realized this as well and left. read more

I've never been to a nail salon where they are so detailed oriented. They did an amazing job on my acrylic nails I asked for a difficult type of nail being an ombre color and they did an amazing job! She did such an amazing job sometimes I forget I have acrylic nails on. I love it! read more

First time here today. Kathy is a perfectionist. So am I. I love that the girls don't care about all the frills of dressing up. Very down to earth friendly people. My new home! I went to get my nails done by Kathy today. She had some sort of an emergency. I had T and she is a perfectionist. The best pedicure EVER!!!! Love this place!!!! read more

This may be the first time I've gotten out of a place with a French tip pedicure for $25! The place by my house that I normally go was undergoing a remodel so I decided to check this place out with a friend. It was really busy on a Sunday. Pedicure was $21 (+4 for anything fancy like French tips). We thought it would be a rushed pedicure because they were so busy but they took their time on us, prepped our little piggies, scrubbed our feet good and painted perfectly. Downsides: Only take cash for tips (you couldn't add it to the credit card when you pay) so we had to run to an ATM and back. Also, I had a lot of little gnats flying around my chair, my friend didn't seem to notice any by her chair- I was the closest to the door. So it lost a cleanliness point for me. (all the tools/staff seemed to be sanitary) Overall, nothing too special about this place other than it was a good price.. read more

They are really nice and do a great job, place is never too busy and prices are fair the only down is that every time I give my debit card they ask for cash!!!! That is rude, I have to call State Board maybe they are trying to void taxes, that is not right. read more

The girl with the ugly bleach job in the front is SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I called beforehand asking if they were busy and had a wait, to which she responded that they were not busy. I came in and they had nobody available! Clearly she just wanted my money and didn't care about MY needs as a customer. Typical greedy nail salon. The vibe in there is so off and uncomfortable. The girl was so rude and acted annoyed for doing her own job. I would never go back in there. I had to leave early I didn't even finish my nails. There are plenty of other salons in the area that are the same price and BETTER. I took myself over to Deluxe Nail Bar and they were amazing and fixed the mistake QUEENS NAILS made. Poor service I will not be back. There is also no social distancing. The CDC.needs to be.made aware.

I got a coupon in the mail for this place which offered several deals. I chose to call and make an apt (preferred by them) for Sunday. That was easy. I arrived 15 min early was greeted and seated on time. Those are the reasons I gave 2 stars. I failed to give 3 more stars because all the nail polish was overused, but more importantly, I did not feel the cleanliness like i do at other nail salons. I watched after the tech used the tools on me, she went to a sink behind a wall and did who knows what. I assume she washed with water and soap if we're lucky!! She then went on the do the next pedicure. I did not witness any chemical cleaning of pedicure bowls in between people either. Just doesn't excite me to return! read more

Very nice pedicure. Friendly girls. Long massage. Good choice of colors. I'd go back without a doubt!

Friendly service with a smile-always do a great job on both gel nails and pedicures. Lost a chunk of toenail a day after I had a pedicure; they did a fake nail and fixed the polish at no cost!!! The repair was so good, I had no issues with the toenail growing back. Very professional!! read more

1st time and I love my nails. Cindy did a great job I will definitely be back since this is in my neighborhood.

I came in for a mani/pedi prior to a vacation and had a specific color/design in my head and somehow the awesome nail technicians achieved it! I was very impressed at the cleanliness of this salon as well as the kindness of the employees. The girl who did the nail art is so skilled! I was absolutely thrilled with the end result and would highly recommend Queen's. read more

Im visiting my family from out of town and my sister and I wanted to get pedi's, this place was amazing. Our pedi lasted almost 1 hour. My legs and feet felt and looked great. I will definitely be back in my next visit home. read more

I came here for a pedi on everyone's YELP recommendations, and my experience was excellent too!Gan was amazing! She spent a lot of time massaging my legs and feet--which really needed it after being in a cold climate for many months. She even used hot stones and towels. So incredibly relaxing. She was meticulous about painting my nails too. Oh, and they are very clean here. The tools she used came from a sterile, sealed package. Pedi bowl was lined and removed after water was drained and all techs wore gloves. Very confidence no nail problems here! And their prices are very reasonable. Would have paid way more for same pedi somewhere else. Will definitely come back here on my next trip to Phoenix! read more

I dropped by this nail salon after a Hobby Lobby run. The salon itself was quiet and clean. The manicurist who worked on my nails was quick, yet did a good polish job on my nails. Her collegue briskly waxed my brows within a few minutes. The customer service was adequate for my short visit. The pricing was very reasonable. However, don't forget to bring cash for the tips because they still don't add the gratuity to your debit/credit card charge. read more
