I was seated in a very small waiting area, no robes offered like my usual spa. It was basic with tea, water, and only white wine. No snacks. I felt like it's not a place to relax before or after, it's truly "get in and get out." As I left, I saw a much larger, prettier waiting room, so I'm not sure how they determine who waits where. All in all, for the price, I won't be going back. No negatives about the esthetician as she did a good job.
