My daughter got a new set today and Nina painted the most beautiful design per what she asked for!! Best kept secret in Maple Valley/Covington area

The owner has lied and ignored all issues.... So unfair a place offering a service can lie and do what they did and just decide to ignore the harm they have done and not have to refund money when now not only are my cuticles messed up I have to pay someone else to do the service they promised as a mother of 4 and my husband working hard for his money it's just crazy. I hope this was just a bad couple days for them and they don't cause any other people this pain or discomfort and dissatisfaction. My one treat to myself was ruined this time and now a couple months to come while my poor hands heal.

Do I need to say anything here?!

I was not going to leave a review and just keep it to myself but once I got my total I just had to come on here and post about this. Friendly tip: if you're going to overcharge you MUST do a good job. I'm willing to pay top dollar for my nails but make it look good. What I walked out with is just sad. Can't believe I just wasted my money here. Now I need to pay for another place to fix them :'( I'm just so sad!!

I have been going to Queen nails for 10 years. I love the service I get and the employees are wonderful!! I always go in for my nails and they always look fabulous. If you want pampering have a pedicure, my feet and nails always look great. Lastly I go in for my brows and again they always look

Can't believe I haven't tried this place before - great experience! Will definitely be back.

Trying to find a good place for dip in maple valley. Probably the worst nails I've had. Went in to get my old dip nails removed and get a new color. She didn't get all of the color out from underneath and didn't tell me that I should probably pick a darker color because you would be able to see it through. There are uneven parts on the sides of each nails where she didn't even get powder on. I world have asked her to fix it there but I had to pick up my kids. When I got home that night one nail already chipped and the top layer of gel on another nail started peeling. Never coming back. Waste of time and money.

Nina and the other ladies at Queen nails are super nice and do such a great manicures and pedicures! Opt for the #4 pedicure with paraffin wax! It's worth the few dollars extra! Also, if you are getting gel, the cat eye is really cool!

I was so glad this place opened during COVID. Went to get my nails done for a baby shower. The owner had amazing customer service. Loved the leg massages and I was able to relax for half an hour on the soft leather chair. The owner cared about safety and customers' health. Everything was sanitized and cleaned, and the tools were disposable! I felt safe while getting my nails done.

Here was my experience: I came in for a gel manicure and asked for a French tip design. I will say that the design looked nice, and it was the design that I requested. However, within 1.5 hours of leaving the salon, I noticed that the polish on one of my pinkies had chipped! Normally, I would go right back to the salon, so they could fix it. However, I was catching a flight. Thus, I was rushing around a bit afterwards to get to the airport on time, but I have gotten gel manicures many times before, and this is the first time it chipped so quickly. I came in with someone else, and she had even said she was concerned about her nails chipping because they only put one coat of polish. I guess I was case in point. I called and spoke with them; they requested pictures and took down my number. I did talk to a manager the next day about my experience. However, the manager reiterated multiple times that they do not offer any refunds. Normally, this would be fine, and I would go back in to get them fixed. However, I was only visiting Washington and visit sporadically (not even once per year). All she could offer was a discount or to work something out the next time I visit. I am certainly not hoping that anything will come of this, but I do hope they address this issue in the future so that other people's nails don't chip so quickly, especially because this salon is not cheap. With other nail salon options in the area and given my experience, I will likely not be back. I did give them 3 stars because they at least tried to address the issue (though not satisfactorily) and I did like my nail design. However, given the cost, I would rather go elsewhere in the future.

When I arrived on time for my appointment, I waited almost 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged or greeted me. I waited another few minutes to be taken to the pedicure chair. The nail technician did not tell me her name and she was not wearing a name tag. She was not very friendly and did not seem to want to talk to me. She did talk with a co-worker, so I know she was not mute. The salon needs to do a better job in training their employees on customer service. Otherwise, the service was good and I was satisfied with the pedicure. I will not be going back to this salon.

I personally prefer a very detailed manicure with thorough cuticle work. At this salon, cuticle trimming is considered an additional manicure service and costs an extra $15. While it's becoming more common for salons to charge separately for this service, I find it to be an important part of a nail appointment. The salon is about 40 minutes from my home, so unless I'm in a pinch like I was this time, I'm not sure I would make the drive regularly. That said, I noticed they have many loyal, returning clients, which speaks positively about the business. For my personal preferences, I tend to look for a more detailed manicure, but I appreciated the friendly service and can see why so many customers continue to come back.

We decided to try the Volcano Spa Pedicure, and honestly, it made the whole experience feel a little more fun and elevated with the bubbling volcano step and relaxing aromatherapy throughout the 5-step process. The atmosphere at Aroma Nail & Spa in Southeast King County always feels calm and welcoming, and they consistently take great care of me every time I come in. We both also got basic manicures, and one thing I really appreciate is how much healthier and stronger my nails feel when I keep up with my maintenance here. It ended up being such a sweet little anniversary date idea and a genuinely relaxing way to slow down together for an hour. I'd absolutely come back for the Volcano pedicure again.

They were able to do a walk-in pedicure, and was nicely done. The pedicure was gentle and relaxing. Im a low maintenance girlie, I like simple and convenient, and I found that here. There appeared to be 2 other regulars in there getting manicures while I was in and seemed to be happy. I was able to do some personal emails on my phone, in a calm and quiet environment, which I prefer. Very happy! Can't wait to come back for my next one!

When I came in at my appointment time, my 7-year old and I waited an extra 25 minutes. At no point were we offered any drinks as advertised on their website. The front desk girl is young and likely new to her job and could use some training on how to schedule and some customer service skills. She's patient, kind, and has a great smile though. A man did my nails. He was nice and attempted to do as I requested. He did cut me with the file once. I asked that before the nail glue dried, that he remove it from my skin so he didn't have to file my skin once it dried. He would not. Same with the gel polish. I asked that he removed as much as he could so he would have to file it away. He did attempt to. It just wasn't effective. I liked the shape of my nails but the paint job was horrible. I'll have to fix it at home but that means the edges are lifted which then makes the nails not last as long. I asked multiple times to not use gel nails on my daughter, only regular polish. They repeated and assured me every time I said it ....By the time I looked over, they had started it and it was going into the lamp. I gave up because my daughter loved it. There won't be a next time for her though. It was pretty busy there because of their 20% off grand opening sale, so beware of the overbooking. Would I go back? Maybe. The female owner did my daughter's nails and it looks fine. I would not recommend going with the older gentleman.
