We came in an hour before closing and were greeted by Samara - who did a wonderful job getting us set up for our spontaneous piercings! We were then directed to Lucas. He did my friend's tragus piercing and my dual lobe piercings. I haven't been pierced since I was a baby, but Lucas made the whole experience real easy. Overall, he's a super chill guy that makes an effort to strike up a conversation and make you feel comfortable about the whole process. Other than the fleeting hot sensation from the initial pinch, the process was pretty painless. Bonus: we got some sick stickers featuring his bull dog Everyone we met at the shop was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Their website is also a fantastic resource in case you don't ask all of your questions about healing in-person. My friend and I truly felt like we were in great hands so kudos to everyone for setting such an easygoing vibe. I've been back a few times since January for a quick monthly check and to get my piercings downsized recently. As expected, I was met with top-tier customer service, true to the shop's personal brand. I feel confident coming back for future piercings. Lastly, if you're downsizing - I highly recommend making an appointment. I was in and out (no more than 15 minutes), but I was surrounded by 4+ walk ins. My appt time was 10:30am on Sat 2/21/26, and they asked me to be there 10 min early, so I was. They checked me in and pointed me to the couches, then just ignored me for 45 min, and finally took me 50 min after my scheduled appt time. No offer for water or coffee/tea, no acknowledgment about the wait (until the very end of my wait). They opened at 10am and weren't doing a damn thing the entire 50 min wait! Two were playing chess when I walked in. When they finally took me, they didn't inquire about my "why" regarding the piece; they just asked for a description and some inspiration examples. They then drew up the design digitally, which was good but not epic. I was only getting black and grey. The price... $2,500 for 8-16 hrs in the chair. Wtf. Even if the piece takes 16 hrs (which I don't think it will), it comes to $156.25 per hr, before tip. Umm, that seems rather steep to me. Their work, from what I've viewed, is good. Studio is professional. Their handling of me for this appointment was offensively impersonal and unprofessional. I will never go back, and hope this review hits a button for them on their lack of care on the customer experience.

Danny helped touch up and enhance an existing tattoo of mine and was able to restore the intensity of the blank ink and add very intricate detail to a fairly plain tattoo I'd already had.
