We came in an hour before closing and were greeted by Samara - who did a wonderful job getting us set up for our spontaneous piercings! We were then directed to Lucas. He did my friend's tragus piercing and my dual lobe piercings. I haven't been pierced since I was a baby, but Lucas made the whole experience real easy. Overall, he's a super chill guy that makes an effort to strike up a conversation and make you feel comfortable about the whole process. Other than the fleeting hot sensation from the initial pinch, the process was pretty painless. Bonus: we got some sick stickers featuring his bull dog Everyone we met at the shop was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Their website is also a fantastic resource in case you don't ask all of your questions about healing in-person. My friend and I truly felt like we were in great hands so kudos to everyone for setting such an easygoing vibe. I've been back a few times since January for a quick monthly check and to get my piercings downsized recently. As expected, I was met with top-tier customer service, true to the shop's personal brand. I feel confident coming back for future piercings. Lastly, if you're downsizing - I highly recommend making an appointment. I was in and out (no more than 15 minutes), but I was surrounded by 4+ walk ins. My friend also got her conch pierced today and unfortunately felt a little lightheaded afterward. Nat immediately took care of her, comforted her, fanned her, gave her a lollipop, and made sure she was okay.
