I made a call during my break and was immediately given an appointment, they were so accommodating and patient with me when I came in and gave me different options for more conservative jewelry for work. And bless both of their souls, they stayed a little bit past closing and didn't pressure me into buying something I wasn't sure would be approved. Also, Cat did an awesome job when I first got my piercings with my boyfriend, he now has a nostril ring and I have a vertical labret which we got done about 3 years ago on our first Christmas together. Both have healed wonderfully, especially given the sensitive area mine is in. And mind you, I STRUGGLED to take my jewelry off, I used gloves, bare *washed* hands, and even a paper towel to try and take off my previous bar and when it was switched, it was so effortless and painless, I almost didn't tell when the retainer went in. Barbella studios is kind enough to let you know when a piercing won't work (was advised that a brow piercing is a no-go but the vertical labret was perfect), humorous when they give you aftercare advice so you'll for sure remember, and most importantly are clean, careful, and mindful for their client's safety and budget. Getting pierced by a professional will range widely in price no matter where you go, but with their experience, advice, cleanliness, and support, just know you can never go wrong with this studio. Sure, it may be a little pricey, but that price comes with a lot of accuracy to ensure your body is pierced properly, and has suitable jewelry for the healing and movement your body goes through. It's worth investing in the best if you want the best for yourself

I'm big on professionalism when I call a business and outer limits met and exceeded all my expectations. When I walked in for my appointment with Lucas I was blown away by how clean/sterile this place was. I was actually quite shocked it was also a tattoo shop as well just by the beautiful appearance. The receptionist was again super nice and Lucas my piercer (I randomly picked because I didn't know anyone there) ended up being extremely knowledgeable on how to troubleshoot my angry nose piercing that didn't seem to want to behave. He also didn't leave me hanging with just one appointment, he has also been on call via text for me anytime I need help or have any questions. He also has the best vibe too. I would and already have recommended this shop and Lucas to anybody looking for a piercing.

I have yet to find a spot by myself so I just bit the bullet for paying for valet. We came in an hour before closing and were greeted by Samara - who did a wonderful job getting us set up for our spontaneous piercings! We were then directed to Lucas. He did my friend's tragus piercing and my dual lobe piercings. I haven't been pierced since I was a baby, but Lucas made the whole experience real easy. Overall, he's a super chill guy that makes an effort to strike up a conversation and make you feel comfortable about the whole process. Other than the fleeting hot sensation from the initial pinch, the process was pretty painless. Bonus: we got some sick stickers featuring his bull dog Everyone we met at the shop was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Their website is also a fantastic resource in case you don't ask all of your questions about healing in-person. My friend and I truly felt like we were in great hands so kudos to everyone for setting such an easygoing vibe. I've been back a few times since January for a quick monthly check and to get my piercings downsized recently. As expected, I was met with top-tier customer service, true to the shop's personal brand. I feel confident coming back for future piercings. Lastly, if you're downsizing - I highly recommend making an appointment. I was in and out (no more than 15 minutes), but I was surrounded by 4+ walk ins. It's really easy to do so over their website vs. calling.

And most importantly they are incredibly kind and make the process fun! I got my third ear lob piercings done by Mason over a year ago and had a great experience throughout the piercing process. Both he and Logan made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process from exploring concepts together, helping me pick jewelry, decide what type of piercing to do and where, and actually doing the piercing. The studio and the piercer's sanitation processes were top notch. The piercing process was as painless as possible and the communication throughout the entire process made it easy and comfortable. Even though I don't live close to this shop and there are other piercing studios nearby to me, I wanted to come to Rainbow Piercing to help me when I had an issue with my naval piercing because I knew I could trust them. Mason helped me again today when I couldn't get my navel piercing put back in. I had left my jewelry out for a week and I couldn't install it into the piercing by myself because the piercing had collapsed and trying to put the a piece in was painful, really tight, and dangerous to do by myself. They walked me through the process and were able to quickly and sanitarily install a piece into my piercing using a tapered tool. Once again, he made me feel very comfortable with knowing what to expect and making it happen as painlessly as possible. I would pick Rainbow Piercing 10 of 10 times and can't wait to get another piercing here!

Her pricing already includes the earrings, which was a plus. The entire experience was thoughtful and professional. She first applied numbing cream and let it sit for about 20 minutes. She then placed a headband on our daughter to keep her hair out of the way, carefully marked both ears, and had us verify that the placement looked even before proceeding. Our daughter cried at first, which is to be expected, but once she saw her reflection afterward, she smiled!
