Everything else was lacking in freshness and flavor (bordering on bland). The extra soy sauce and chili oil we requested, didn't help at all. Quite disappointing. The dish was presented traditionally with the all the toppings. The duck sauce was also perfect. A beautiful dish that fulfilled the 3 categories of Chinese cooking: color, fragrance and taste. Our next favorite in presentation and taste is the pork belly with pumpkin. The presentation of the dish is eye popping. The pork belly is unmistakably cooked by a master chef. The texture is chewy (skin), soft (fat) and dense (meat). The sauce may look over the top, but it adds to the silkiness of the pieces. The "fat" is not greasy. It's puzzling how they rendered the grease. I grew up eating this dish and cook it too. This dish by far is the best I've had. Service is fantastic; helpful and attentive. This is our new favorite restaurant! Suggestion would be to eat at the restaurant for an incredible experience. Dishes came out is perfect order.
