Excellent Bombay Street Food. Best Service and Hospitality. Would definitely come here again. I ate: - Vada Pav - 5/5 - Chilli Paneer Puff - 5/5 - fiery Chick None Pizza- 5/5 - Bombay Sandwich - 5/5 - Their pastries are to die for. I drove 1 hour 30 mins specially for their pastries. **Tres leches is their new addition and it's Bomb . Will definitely visit again

Came here today to grab some food between lunch and dinner w/ an Indian friend who was knowledgeable about the type of food they got here (cause I had no idea). I love meat but I was down to get some vegetarian eats today worddd. First thing I noticed was the cheap prices - everything seemed like it was between like $5-$6, which is great. My friend and I split a Bombay sandwich and Paneer Teekha sandwich. Both were $5. The Bombay sandwich had 3 pieces of crustless bread w/ layers of potato and vegetables. It was enjoyable; something about it works nice and it is light and tasty. I liked the Paneer Teekha sandwich even better; it had some ill cheese cubes plus onions, veggies, and some spices and such. It wasn't the right time to have dessert but they had some tasty looking cakes like black forest, pistachio, and such. Definitely will be back sometime to try more stuff.

Black Forrest Cake for my birthday!

My only complaint? My stomach has a limit…read more My family and I have been coming to Diwan for years, and this is hands down our go-to spot for Indian all-you-can-eat. I used to frequent the Indian buffets in Jackson Heights, and honestly, Diwan is just as good, if not better! One thing I really appreciate is that they have their own parking lot, the dining room is spacious, and as a parent, I was thrilled to see they have baby high chairs. Those little details make a big difference. We stopped by for their weekday AYCE special at just $15 per adult, which is an incredible value! My plate always ends up looking the same because I can't resist the chicken biryani, palak paneer, and that rich, creamy butter chicken. Oh, and they mostly use chicken thighs! So tender and moist! I keep telling myself I'll try something different... then I walk back with the exact same favorites. No regrets. We also ordered the mango lassi, and it was fantastic! Just a little tip: it comes with ice by default, so if you prefer it without ice, just let them know when ordering. The food quality has been consistently excellent every time we've visited, and the service has always been warm and attentive. Another thing I enjoy is how peaceful the dining room is. It's not loud or chaotic. Everyone seems completely focused on the important business of enjoying their food. A couple of helpful tips: the buffet is dine-in only, so you can't pack up buffet food to take home. If you're ordering takeout, you'll need to order from the regular menu instead. They also offer children's pricing for the buffet, so if you're unsure about the details, just give them a quick call. If you're craving great Indian food without emptying your wallet, Diwan continues to be one of my favorite AYCE spots. Highly recommended!

What a rare and beautifully hidden gem of a spot off the GCP. It was close to our gym and after a…read moregood workout comes the reward and it's an AYCE Indian buffet. Fresh puri and plenty of sauces, fresh rice and a very nice spread of Indian favorites. I really enjoyed everything they had to offer and especially the vegetarian options such as dhal and paneer. Great service and the only caveat is that any naan is purchased separately as it's not included in the ayce price. You can also just order fresh plates of any combination off their à la carte menu. We opted for the lunch buffet and were very satisfied and both price point and quality were excellent. The restaurant itself is nice with great ambiance and plenty of seating. There's also plenty of beverage options. We've been back twice already and anticipate many more visits.

I came here last week for an event, and got to enjoy basically a tasting menu of sorts…read more This menu took Indian flavors on a seriously fun ride. From rich and smoky to spicy, tangy, creamy, and refreshing. Banjara Tikka brought tender chicken thighs layered with yogurt, fried onion and garlic. Mauryaji Basket Chaat delivered chickpeas, potato, tamarind, mint, pomegranate and a creamy yogurt mousse. The Chicken Seekh Kebab was perfectly seasoned and savory with pickled laccha onion, while the Guntur Chilli Chicken Bao turned up the heat with Guntur red chili, sesame and refreshing beetroot shikanji shots. The vegetarian dishes absolutely held their own as well. Chilli Momo with carrot, sesame and seaweed, came out with a soft, delicate bite and a subtle chew, filled with a lightly spiced vegetable mix that leaned savory and aromatic rather than overpowering heat. The Paneer Makhni was rich, velvety, and deeply comforting. The paneer stayed soft and pillowy, soaking up a buttery tomato-cashew gravy that was slightly sweet, gently tangy, and finished with that unmistakable fenugreek aroma that tied everything together. The mains were just as unforgettable. Laal Maas came in bold and unapologetic. Tender goat slow-cooked until it practically melted off the bone, swimming in a deep, smoky gravy built on mathania chilies that brought slow heat. The Shrimp Malai Curry was the complete opposite in tone. Silky coconut milk wrapped around plump tiger shrimp, with Bengali whole spices adding a gentle sweetness and aromatic depth that made the dish feel light yet indulgent at the same time. And somehow dessert still had room to impress. Rose Kulfi was creamy, floral and sweet without being overwhelming. Drinks included everything from the floral, mezcal-and-rooza Gulabo to Mango Lassi. And as someone who historically doesn't like anything rose flavored, I enjoyed both the drink AND the dessert. Just as good as the food, was the service. It is definitely a spot that should not be missed.

Banjara was definitely an experience, and of the most elite ones that I have had…read more Every dish had a signature way of being presented and definitely a tasty way to make its way to our hearts (and belly may I add) We did, of course, family style and got to try each dish, from its beginning to the end the place deserves a 5 star review . The servers were spectacular, super attentive and diligent with all of our requests The atmosphere is cozy and clean, I feel if this place was a little bigger it would be packed at all times I would definitely recommend coming here and trying each of the dishes, they are made with love and care
