Delicious halal food ! Staff was super friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. I did call ahead and food was ready upon arrival. Suitable for dine in and pick up. The quality of the food was extremely disappointing. I originally ordered a fish salad, but the lettuce looked old and wasn't fresh--it had brown discoloration. Because of that, I asked to substitute the salad with rice. Unfortunately, the issues didn't stop there. While my fish was being prepared, the employee accidentally dropped it into the fryer basket, where it got stuck. Another employee had to scrape it off before it was served to me. When I got home, the fish tasted burnt, which wasn't surprising after watching how it was handled. What concerned me even more was the lack of food safety. When I walked in, the employee preparing my food had been sweeping the floor. She then came behind the counter, didn't wash her hands or put on fresh gloves, dropped my fish in the fryer, and continued preparing my meal. Another employee was handling a mop bucket while wearing gloves and then moved back to food preparation without changing them. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, I know these are basic food safety practices that should never be overlooked. To make matters worse, there was a printed sign saying that menu prices were increasing due to rising food costs so they could continue providing the best quality. Based on my experience, the food quality and food safety standards fell far below what customers should expect. This experience honestly made me lose my appetite. Restaurants can face higher costs, but customers still expect safe food handling and quality meals. Those standards were simply not met during my visit. read more

Food isn't bad but what messed it up is some of the employees. One who I believe is the owner was good, but the other employees have lurking eyes. Being a Muslim owned business, and ignoring the make customer and staring at the wife is crazy. Ignoring eye contact with the male but locking in with the female really threw me off. Honestly, a lousy excuse for a whole love restaurant one person's is working took me 15 minutes to get a chicken Gyro and it didn't need to take 15 minutes because they burnt the pita by it being on the grill for 15 minutes and then I'm going to continue with my order after going to take other people's orders either higher staff or figure it out because $16 for one. I wish the meat was HOT, like when they prepare straight off the grill at the carts/stands. Also it is a few dollars more expensive here than usual... the last place I went to I got a huge CnR platter and drink for $8... here it's $11 w/ no drink. I am always looking to try new Halal places, and this is local for me, so I finally decided to give it a go. I had the chicken and lamb combo over rice with white sauce and hot sauce. Also got the sweet corn nuggets which were delicious. Generous portions, fantastic flavors. So much food I had to eat the rest for lunch the next day. I've tried the other known places (Halal Guys, Shah's) and while they were good, they really didn't stand out as a place I'd want to go back to on a regular basis. This will be one of my go to spots for Halal, I hope they do well. If you are in the area give them a try, and if you live in Bethpage, definitely try them. read more

We like it. We normally get Chicken kofta over rice from either Shah's or Hamza, but we thought of trying this place today and it didn't disappoint. Expect their rice a little spicy and chicken kofta soft and juicy. Best part - the chicken is organic. It would have been better if the kabob was cut in small pieces. read more

The owner is very friendly and attentive, and the inside was clean with ample seating. Most importantly they serve hand slaughtered meat; meaning it's one hundred percent halal. Oh I'm so happy this place opened 5 min from house. GREAT halal food. Bright, fun, colorful, CLEAN, comfortable interior. Very nice owner. I asked for something "special" and he told me to treat his kitchen like my own - he'd make whatever I like. I had gyro lamb over salad and it was excellent. Salad was full of tomatoes, onions, black and green olives, banana peppers, chick peas and cucumbers and a very generous portion of gyro lamb. My husband had a great cheeseburger with all the toppings and great seasoned fries. Great prices (lower than what's on Yelp) and great value! I'll be back. I never leave reviews but this just blows my mind. I have come to this store on 5 different occasions and they don't have any food prepared. They open at 10am but never have anything ready on time. I have come to get food even at 11AM and they still wouldn't have anything ready. It's 11:35AM right now and I'm at the store and they still don't have any food ready. Instead of preparing food one worker is on his phone taking to a company while the other is sitting on a chair with his feet up n picking his toes smh Honestly u should change your open time or come to work early to prep and be ready to open at the time that u advertise!!!!! read more
