Spring Rolls

Small restaurant, cute decor, fast and efficient service, the food was delicious, the spice was just right for each dish. I recommend calling ahead as they get very busy and it is pretty small inside. I recommend trying the spicy pad Thai and the Thai iced tea - both were very yummy!

Came here for lunch. The restaurant is small but they accommodate our group of 9. The restaurant is a fusion of thai and viet. The staff was friendly. The was good. Everyone enjoyed it. The chicken satay was moist and not dry like some places make it. The curry puff was a crowd favorite. Perfectly flakey exterior. The pad see ew was standard but the beef was a little dry. The crab fried rice was good. We will definitely be going back again.

Cash only! We stopped in for lunch and ordered two of the lunch special pad see ew noodle one with shrimp and the other with beef. The lunch specials also came with a cup of tom yum soup, which we both got, and it was fine, or a salad along with a spring roll which wasn't bad either. The food tasted good but was such a small serving size. We also ordered a Thai ice tea and a lemonade Thai ice tea, which was much better than the normal tea. It was a little annoying that when we sat there were no utensils at the table or any table, and we had to wait for them to bring them to eat our food. Not sure if we'll go back. Cash only!

We absolutely love Theo Thai Bistro! The food and service are consistently excellent every time we visit. If you're looking for authentic Thai and Vietnamese cuisine, this is definitely the place to go. The owners and servers are incredibly welcoming, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. It's one of those spots we keep coming back to again and again.

For Halal Pho and Banh Mi, you will not find any place better. The Halal Pho portions are huge and the broth is very clean and tastes great. The beef is always tender and marinated and delicious. The literal only downside to this place is the pho and banh mi are so delicious they become sold out for the day. Even when that happens, their tom yum soup is great and their drunken noodles are very solid as well It's a nice low-key date spot as well as a nice spot for families. Owners are very friendly and welcoming. Cannot recommend enough. Just so you know I'm not full of it, I willingly drive 40+ minutes to eat here and never regret it once!

Very cute restaurant with exceptional service! Place was very clean with lots of food options. Will come back again to try rest of their menu. Great for dates and family gatherings. The shrimp/chicken dumplings were a little dry and needed more flavor. And the banhmi was a little too soggy. Basil fries rice with tofu was delicious!

Came here for dinner with friends while in the area.. was able to just walk in without making a reservation on a Saturday. Parking shared with other stores in the strip mall area. Family owned restaurant and nice decor. Service was good and food was ok. Variety to choose from on the menu along with specials. Drinks: Thai ice tea all around. Appetizers: Curry puff and Chive pancake - the chive pancake was something different to try and it was good and over powering with the chives main course: Pho beef - was good pineapple fried rice - wasn't my favorite as the taste was off, a bit much on curry powder and tasted as if there was an extra ingredient that thew the taste off. beef pad thai - beef was tough to eat, noodles were ok pad see ew - better than the pad thai - probably the best of all the dishes.

It is the best Thai restaurant in this area. We had the Thai fried rice and pad thai. Both were delicious. We will be going back for sure!

Great tasting traditional Thai. Dine in or take out. Servers were friendly and polite. The dining area is small and only seats about 30.

The iced Vietnamese coffee is already premixed, but the hot version they give a side of the condensed milk so you can add as much or little you want. I tried their spring rolls which had a nice crisp bite. It was also served with pickled daikon and carrots for a nice refresher. For the entree I got the pho bo vein which had beef meatballs as the protein. The basil, jalapeño slices, bean sprouts and lime slice are on the side, so you can add as much to your liking. The noodles were nice and bouncy. The broth was light and flavorful. We always have great service every time we go. Definitely will be back in the future.

He said the soul was ready before the vermicelli 'salad' and asked if we wanted it out first. We said sure and both enjoyed the soup. I myself put too much Sriracha in it so it was too spicy but that was totally my fault, not the owners. I put a little in at first and it didn't see like it went through enough, and then I put a bit more and it was too much. There also was a bbq type sauce on the table as well. From what I'm assuming. My husband and I will one hundred percent be coming back to try more!!! I highly recommend this place

The menu has also been updated: Salt Pepper Frog Legs - it is said that frog legs taste like chicken. In this case, I have to agree that the fried frog legs tasted like chicken wings, which is a good thing. 4/5 Beef Stew - unlike the tomatoey beef stews at some other Vietnamese places, the beef stew here is a little starchy from the potatoes and reminded me of Colombian Oxtail stew. Really homey feeling and typical of Vietnamese restaurants. The Noms: Pork and shrimp spring rolls- one of my favorite appetizers... generous portions of pork and shrimp, all neatly wrapped in rice paper. The peanut sauce is the best. I always order an extra serving Classic Banh mi- my husband and I always order two and they're very filling. It's not exactly like the Banh mis from California because the bread is not the same... but it's still very good and comes close. It definitely satisfies my craving while I'm waiting for my next trip home. Beef pho- I really enjoy their pho. It's good the broth is very flavorful.... In Cali, we have several different types of beef pho (dac biet, tai, gau, Bo vien, etc...) but this beef option has all of them mixed in along with some tripe (which I don't care for) so just make sure that you're aware of that and can adjust what kind of beef you want in your pho. In conclusion: I am happy to support this mom and pop shop and enjoy their food very much... while they are "cash only", they do accept Venmo/Zelle... I actually order delivery quite frequently to-go and have Billy saved in my Zelle account so that I could square away my bill and cut out Seamless and GrubHub, who take too much from struggling restaurants. Def recommend stopping by and enjoying authentic Vietnamese cuisine!

The banana dessert - one word - yum! We came in on a rainy Sunday afternoon in May. The vibe of place is exactly as pictured. We live in Nassau County and found this nice strip of restaurants a few weeks ago, and saw this pho restaurant and decided to try it. I like that there are parking lots in the area and very convenient on Sunday when parking is free. When we entered this place, it was empty. It was like walking into a cave. The tv was on and music playing lightly in the background. On tv was a baseball game or documentary of some sort. The server greeted us but in general you didn't get a warm and friendly greeting. Seems like a nice guy, and perhaps he was busy. Not sure. Eventually a few customers came in. I highly recommend shut the tv off and play the music a bit louder. The menu is good but we were surprised that they had a limited pho selection and no curry or stew dishes. If I lived or worked in the area and needed a quick meal or takeout, I'd definitely order here. But if you're looking for a pleasant place to have a meal, then the vibe of this place is not it. Seems more like a Chinese takeout vibe. Now I know what you're going to say - it's called Pho Xpress - duh. But honestly with just a little bit more effort with lighting, decor and music, they could up there game. Will I likely come back again - possibly, but if I'm looking for a nice place to go with a friend or on a date, probably not. If I lived or worked in this area, I'd definitely would be a regular.

Park head in and do not park in the employee parking lot or else a ticket can cost you $75! Pho is one of my favorite food so I have pretty high standards, but low expectations for this place. Upon walking in, I was surprised to walk into an empty restaurant and the waiter greeted us and informed us that we could sit anywhere. I saw there were proper sauces (hoisin and Sriracha) on the table as well as stainless steel chopsticks and soup spoons! The waiter asked us our preference for water and handed us the menus. The menu is pretty condense with no drinks like Thai Iced Tea or anything. My friend and I shared an appetizer, the shrimp spring rolls. They were perfectly crispy and cooked. Wrap it with lettuce and dip into the fish sauce - it was perfection! I ordered a Normal Beef Pho and my friend ordered a beef banh mi. The pho comes in small, normal or x-large. My appetite is average and the normal was perfect size! The soup is well flavored and noodles perfectly textured, not too soft or hard. The meats needed a bit of work especially the meatballs. My friend enjoyed her banh mi and said it was sufficient enough to fill her up. The color of everything looked really good and I will probably try it next time! The restaurant accepts credit cards, but there is a 2.5% surcharge so cash preferred! There is also a one stall restroom, very clean and spacious. Great customers service and delicious food! Will be back another day with more friends!!
