I knew as soon as I laid eyes on my food, it would be good and I was correct. Gorgeous little bundles of veggies smothered in black bean sauce, one of my favorite flavors and in addition to the bean curd skin that wraps around piles of spinach and mushrooms, there's also slices of bean curd, so this is a plant protein powerhouse dish.
