Yes, this really as good as it sounds. I dropped my phone about 3 feet and it cracked, blacking out almost the entire screen. I placed an order online and he was here within the hour at my front door. It took about 15 minutes to fix, I paid, and he left. It was the easiest thing ever, I didn't even have to step out of my apartment. It cost me about $100, which is just as much (if not less) as I would have had to pay to take it to my local repair shop. Awesome service! read more

This company is an absolute joke. They repair your phone with low quality screens and then refuse to give a refund. My first repair left me with an lcd screen that had lines and hot spots and wasn't even fully affixed to my phone, leaving a section where I could fit my fingernail in between the screen and the body of the phone. And it was draining my battery completely three times a day. The screen itself was grayish and DID NOT COMPARE to my iPhone screen in the least. Also, typing was very difficult and many of the interactive fractures of hard/long/soft touch. After numerous encounters via email and phone I finally figured out how to get them to put in a new "higher quality" screen. This one still kills my battery and it translates normal home screen activities into super bold letters/numbers. It's weird. There are still lines in my screen. THE WORST PART is the screen will go crazy at least three to five times a day. It opens apps, calls people, sends random Facebook messages, just goes haywire. The company offered me a 50% refund after I told them I was seeking chargeback from my credit provider. I told them no, I will just get the chargeback and they finally offered me a full refund. Screw it, I'm just letting it get charged back. They deserve the hit. read more

Craked (badly) my iPhone 6 Plus screen. Got an appointment really quick - lots of choices on dates and times the same day and the next few days. Great communication once you sign up for an appointment. The tech Weston Stogsdill came to my house, was very nice, explained things well and completed the repair in 35 minutes! Same price as a storefront, and better service...plus they will come to you!!! Couldn't recommend them higher. 2nd time I used them (last time was earlier this year in Boston) and an exceptional service both times. read more

Genuinely happy I found this place! I busted my IPhone 6s Plus on the train when I dropped it and shattered the screen. I priced around at iPhone repair shops in the burbs and was getting $220-$250 to fix. I googled for a place nearer to work (downtown Chicago) and found this company. It exceeded expectations for me. I was able to schedule online at my convenience and found the repair guy could arrive in 30 minutes. I told him my building has security so I'll meet him downstairs. He repairs it right there at a table in 15 minutes for $200. Yes, still not inexpensive but cheaper than the stores and the convenience of having the phone, which I rely on heavily for communication, fixed at work for cheaper than stores sold me. It is very tempting to use this company for the low price and convenient service but do not do it. I asked the tech if it was an apple screen and he said yes which turned out to be untrue. The screen had serious sensitivity issues which made it jump around or just not respond. It then cracked again within a week out of the blue. Hassan the tech was courteous, professional and efficient. He gave me good advice on what cases would be better for my iphone too and how to take care of my battery. TERRIBLE. If you value the quality of your phone screen don't use this place. It seems like a quick fix but it's way more hassle than the time you save. My phone has a blue tinge to the screen most likely because the guy fixing it was too busy pushing his photography business and watching tv instead paying attention to my phone. Called on a Saturday for service on our dryer and scheduled it for 9AM. The the dispatcher(call center) gave the wrong street, even after I painstakingly spelled it out. That still doesn't explain the technician being 5 hours late - arriving after 2PM. Took five minutes and said he needed to order a part. I stressed I was going on vacation and wanted it repaired as quickly as possible and would pay for express shipping. He said he'd be back the next day. No show, no call, no text. Finally I called the #800 at 7PM. Then he calls back and says he'll be there late morning the next day. I ask him to confirm in the morning. Tuesday goes by with no show, no call, no text. I call the #800 again, I have a flight the next day and can't afford to sit around a wait again, so I want to cancel the service and get a refund. Each time I call in I'm put on hold, the last time for 28 minutes and then disconnected. 8 days later--now they want me to prove that the diagnostic was incorrect and insist on charging me for that run around I got from the technician. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service - the worst! It's a call center, not a repair service. I had to hire another company who was able to repair it in 20 easy minutes. Puls wants to see a record of that repair before they will refund me--which is really none of their business. read more

Do not use this company. I made my appt for Saturday between 7-8pm. At 8pm I was called and told they don't have the part. They rescheduled me for Sunday morning. At 11:30 I was still waiting. I called and was told I was the next person on the list. That they would be here by 1pm. No one showed up. At 3pm I was called again saying they don't have my part and that they could reschedule me for Monday. I have an I Phone 6. It is a very common phone. Amazing! This is the Uber for technology!...or maybe more like the Handy. Anyway my son dropped his phone shattering the screen (tears!) I made an appointment and the technician showed up at my house and fixed it right in front of me. He also replaced the battery and cleared out a rock from my daughter's headphone port (a job someone at the "genius squad" said couldn't be done) FREE OF CHARGE! There was a slight hiccup with the bill but the customer service was immediately responsive and helpful and it got fixed before the tech even left. I used Puls because it was cheaper and faster than waiting and paying more at Apple. The first repair was easy but the screen had a blue tint that I couldn't ignore after paying $160. The second repair was done as a courtesy. It was just as easy but I didn't thoroughly check my phone after as I assumed the fix was done correctly this time. Two days later the screen cracked on the bottom right. This happened while I was using it and under the tempered glass that was applied by the technician. After inquiring for the second time about a repair they needed more pictures of the crack. I removed my case for the first time since the repair and that's when I noticed it was not properly sealed. They said this crack was caused by a stress fracture and could replace it. The third technician, Matt, explained why the past two repairs failed and made sure to repair my phone to my satisfaction. Even though it took three tries, I appreciate they honored their guarantee. read more
