I had to wait for a bit because they were taking care of other customers. I gave the guy my invoice, and he brought out my cell phone. It looked brand new and shiny. He instructed me to try out my phone before leaving the store. The cracked screen was fixed, and my speaker was fixed. I purchased a screen protector, and I was out the door to enjoy my newly refurbished iPhone XR. It was a gift from a friend, but it came with a cracked screen.
