Came in here after shopping around for a good price to get the screen fixed on my iPhone (5s) and Sam (Manager of the store) quoted me a great price I couldn't turn down. I was a little skeptical since the price was cheaper than the last 3 stores I visited (plus had never been in this store before) but I was pleasantly surprised with the results. He was able to get it fixed while I got an oil change - within about an hour and it looked great/haven't had any issues with it thus far. Exceptional customer service, great price and the store was very clean. Sam was professional and personable. I'll be coming back for computer repair as well. My iPhone 7 screen cracked and I needed it fixed ASAP. I reached out to Jamie at 5PM, he showed up and 5:30 and was done by 5:45. I told him my battery was dying very quickly and asked him if he could also replace it. His answer was: "I could rip you off but there is no need to. Your broken LCD screen is messing around with your battery but once fixed, your battery will be fine". He was right. Jamie is the most honest guy ever and I can only recommend him. While visiting Chicago I dropped my iPhone and the screen stopped working. I called a few places no one was available except this place offered to send a tech over within the hour but instead I walked to there location they took me right in installed a new screen in under 20 minutes. No body was able to fix my ipad- screen was shattered- and I was told I need to buy a new one. UNTIL, I reached out to iCell and they came to me within the hour. That's right, they came to me and I showed them the iPad and they said there's a slight bend in the frame that's why others can't fix it But they will be able to get it done. I came here the technician was very professional explained the glitching is because the last place uses cheap screens. He installed a new screen at a lower price and it works great.
