This is a copy of the note I sent to Cell Savers: I would just like to tell you what amazing service I received from Matt, in Chicago. I had cracked my screen and requested a replacement. Matt showed up on time and began work to replace the glass screen. After having difficulty repairing the screen due to the fact that the frame was bent, he asked if he could possibly bring the phone home to his repair shop where he could do a better job. I took my phone home and backed it up that night. Matt returned the next morning to pick up the phone at the time he said he would and took the phone to his place to do the repairs. He called and asked if he could replace the frame since it was damaged. He had a hard time finding the white color for the 5S and asked if he could replace the frame with a black one. No problem for me. He returned the phone by noon that day and it was like new and WAY BETTER than it was when he started the repairs. Not only did he do that, he replaced the battery with a new one! What's cool is that my newly black phone has the white button which looks great. I can't thank him enough. He went so far beyond what was expected. What a great employee and representative for Cell Savers. read more

Was a little skeptical with CellSavers after seeing the notice that they were paying people for Yelp reviews. However, it sounded way more convenient than any of the other options so I gave it a shot. I needed to get my iPhone screen repaired. This service was awesome. Weston was my CellSaver. He was extremely professional and quick. Very pleased with the result. He even helped bend my frame on my phone back a bit so he exceeded my expectations. Honestly not only was this less expensive than the Apple Store, you also didn't have to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment and have it done. Also, THEY COME TO YOU! Right when I shattered my screen Wednesday night, it took me five minutes to book the the appointment and they were over the next day. The screen seems to be just as good quality as what I had before too. So I'm not sure why some reviews complain about lesser quality screens. Overall I highly recommend this. Save yourself the headache and money! Give CellSavers a shot. read more

I called at 9 a.m. and scheduled to have someone come around 11 am. Turned out an hour later, I was notified that 11 a.m. work not work, but they could guarantee someone by 12:30. My tech guy was Edward. He arrived at 12:30. Spent about 40 minutes taking care of replacing the screen. I was amazed at how tiny each part was and how tedious the task was to do this. Edward was very efficient, polite, considerate and had great attention to every detail on the repair. Edward ensured that the phone worked perfectly when he was done. I was extremely impressed with the outcome. I would and will definitely pass along this company for anyone who has an issue with the phone for repair. It was great to have a "house call" to have this taken care of. One less stress in a very stressful work life. Thanks again - Great job!!!! read more

I was initially little disappointed that the mechanic came a little after the one hour window that was given. Once he made it to my place, I was thoroughly impressed with the due diligence in diagnosing the problem. He spent more than an hour at my place trying differing things to see if he could make my phone to power up. I was resigned to buying a new phone when he mentioned that the Logic board is not responding. But, he would not give up. He found a spare part that had the logic board on it, and he switched all the remaining parts from my phone on to that backing plate. My phone powered up right away. I was expecting him to charge me for spare parts but, he stuck to the price quoted when I made the appointment. I would highly recommend this service. read more

7/22/18 This is an update to my review from 7/16/18. Later that day, a technician named Hassan was dispatched. He called and texted to notify me of his arrival; however, I already had the phone repaired. After texting with him for several minutes, it was clear Hassan was a consummate professional and I would conduct future business with him. The next day, Alex from the support team emailed to advise of his knowledge of the communication challenges and wanted to make things right. Alex offered to reimburse me for the repair performed by a different shop for the inconvenience. Needless to say, the gesture was unexpected, thoughtful, and appreciated. In the future, when I need repairs to my equipment, Puls will be my first call to provide the service. read more

I called Puls back in June (when they were still Cell Savers) after I busted my iPhone 6 plus screen on a concrete floor (ouch). Matt Tombers was my technician and he was great--on time and very flexible, helpful since I had to watch my 1.5 year old daughter in the same room he was working in! I appreciated that he checked the camera and functionality and answered any questions I had. I noticed a problem with the new screen once he was finished and he did not hesitate to reopen and then recheck it after to make sure everything was A-Ok. I have been using the screen for almost three months now with no problems. Definitely helped me to save on this vs. Apple's repair, all the more so since they travel to you! Highly recommend. read more

Great customer service!!! I contacted CellSavers after calling around and getting ridiculous prices to repair my cracked screen. I went online and put in my information and when I would like my phone repaired (I sent my information at 11:45 and scheduled it to be fixed at 1:30) within seconds I had an email letting me know someone would be contacting me shortly. About 15 minutes later I get a text stating someone would be able to help at 5:00. This was not a good time for me so i call them back and had someone at my location at 1:15. The gentleman who fixed my phone was also very courteous, professional and quick. 20 minutes and he was done. Best part is I had to go nowhere!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! read more

Great service. My iPhone 5s screen got cracked and needed a repair, any other place I called wanted almost double then the quote I was provided. The great things is that they come to you so I booked the service at my workplace. In minutes from booking the service online a technician named Pedro contacted me to confirm. Pedro arrived exactly at the time scheduled and worked his wonders quickly to replace and test the phone that all is working. Cellsavers saved me money, time and headaches for going to a lab or the random booths in the shopping malls Also it was very easy to schedule through the website. I also called them for service description and got additional discount. I highly recommend read more

This service met and surpassed my expectations. I was given a estimated time and date via text. I had alternate plans and called the company to let them know I needed to change my time. The actual technician reached out to me and met me at my job and was very punctual. The technician was very professional. It was my daughters cell phone and it had been cracked for around least 3 weeks because everyone wanted anywhere from $175-$225 to repair it. Cell savers saved me time and money. Within 20 minutes her phone was repaired and it cost me $109. Thanks Cell Savers. I highly recommend this company and will be telling all of my friends and family in and out of state. read more

My washer/dryer combo is fixed! Which saved me at least $800. And you know what I realized repair is hard, but worth it. The pulse staff was dedicated to ensure my machine was properly fixed without over promising. They kept me informed throughout the process and we finally figured out the problem. They ordered a specialized part and with a little time and elbow grease they got it working again. I am so grateful for their efforts and for all the money I saved. I would highly recommend looking into repair before you just get a new one, and Puls is the place to go to help! read more

Wonderful. This technician did a fantastic job. He was polite and patient with my frustration especially since this is the second time in a month I needed the same repair. Very kind individual and I am satisfied with the repair. It truly feels like the original! Runs about $113 for iPhone 6 Plus. In home repair scheduled within the hour! I went to Apple Store and mall kiosks and they charge close to $150. Comes with warranty. Does not cover broken screen but the team was kind enough to give me a discount for returning. The damage to my phone again was my fault. read more

I had a broken screen (a really bad one, at that), and I was worried that it would cost too much to fix. Thankfully my folks and I found CellSavers. Multiple people texted and called me to confirm that we received e-mails, where we were located, expected arrival time, etc., so it was nice knowing that they were genuinely committed to making sure the customer was happy. When the technician arrived he was friendly and got to work. Within a half-hour my screen was repaired and looked as good as new. Really grateful that I went with CellSavers. read more

This was the fastest phone repair took about 15 minutes to repair my phone screen , explained to me the whole process and confirmed my price before repair. Even though nothing was wrong with my camera Martin made sure it's worked and he even came earlier than the set which was perfect and kept up a great conversation. After he repaired it and had me check to see if everything was good and he was really pleasant , I would highly recommend him and this service to anyone and I like that they use cards instead actual money. read more

I actually had a great experience with Puls and the pricing was fantastic. They weren't super helpful when I had a request for an appointment change but the tech that repaired my iPhone screen did wait for me as I was going to be late. I'm giving five stars because I would definitely recommend this service but it may be dependent on the tech you receive. My tech was patient, fast, and easy to work with but that was my only experience. Will definitely use again if I happen to drop my phone to the concrete once more. read more

I love that Yelp defines five stars as "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" because that is exactly how I feel about this service and my technician Weston. As single mother of two small children, was a little hesitant to invite someone into my home; however, I am so happy that I did! Weston my technician was punctual, skilled and FAST! He text before my appointment to let me know he was running on time and text after my appointment to make sure that I was happy! Phone is fixed and I am extremely happy - THANKS WESTON!! read more

First time to ever write a review of any kind but I was super impressed with the Cell Saver service. Shattered my phone in the morning and was looking for hours to get a new one ordered. Getting a screen fixed is such a pain because you have to go to some shady place, wait in lines, leave your phone, etc. Cell Savers sent someone straight to my door so I could keep working up until it was fixed. Jose was amazing and sat at my counter repairing my phone in less than 20mins. I'd definitely recommend to anyone! read more

Excellent service! I very highly recommend them. My battery was dying on my IPhone and was not ready to plunk down $700-800 for a new phone, I wanted to get more life out of my current phone. Cell Savers was even less expensive than repair at other places and they come to you. Matt came to my office and replaced the battery on the spot. I didn't have to go anywhere, it took 20 minutes, cost $70. Easy peasy, my phone is up and running again. I recommend this company for any phone repairs you need. read more
