We signed a contract, he took a down payment of $4500, and he came and tore our wrought iron fencing down (which is expensive, and he will make money off of this). We agreed that he would receive the 2nd payment once 60-70% of the project was complete; however, he requested the 2nd payment prior to any construction. Unfortunately, he stopped communications with us. It has been over 6 weeks since I have heard from Daniel. No returned calls, texts or emails. He definitely took advantage of us and ran with our money. When my regular garage door guy fell off a ladder and broke his arm, I knew I had to find someone else to come out to the house to fix the garage door. For after a couple of days of heaving the heavy wood door up and down after the opener broke, I figured it was either that or give up my membership to my gym! I called All Garage Services and Danny was great on the phone. He actually was ready to come out right when I called but I was waiting to see if my regular guy really had broken his arm or if it was just a false alarm. When I heard that he really was out of commission- I called Danny back and within an hour his crew was at my house fixing the problem. And instead of replacing the whole thing with a new $500 opener which had been suggested to my by yet another vendor- he said that he could just replace the gear and adjust the tension. Really? But the kicker for me was when he said he would do a free tune up with in two years And that this new gear had a 4 year warranty. And all this for the low, low price of $165. Sold! said I. They even looked at and tuned up the other garage door that I thought was working fine just to make sure it was functioning properly. So now the doors go up and down just as they are supposed to do . . . and without me having to flag by a passerby to help me lift the heavy doors. This is a family owned business that has 24/7 emergency service as well as they sell and install new doors, garage openers and even build garages! So the next time you push that garage door opener button and nothing happens . . .give All Garage Services a call. You'll be happy you did! read more

Asked for deposit of $5,900 8-1. Paid same day. Pulled asbestos permit 8-14 after asking many times for updates on something that should have taken a day.Pushed every day to get the permit for the garage build every day and he delayed getting paperwork in order. Finally, obtained the permit 9-21. Keep in mind the delay caused me to lose a buyer on the sale of this house.Prepour inspection passed 9-26 and concrete poured.The same day 9-26 asked for balance to be paid. I paid the same day.  Asked almost every other day through 10-7. Said garage build would happen either 10-9 or 10-12. As of 10-12 he stopped answering calls, emails, texts, voice mails, etc.  Looks like he took money and bailed. I had to basically beg for updates as I lost two buyers on the same of this project. I am an investor and need speed and communication. He provided neither. read more

I highly recommend All Garage Services. Very impressive, honest, knowledgeable and fast service! Thank you, Danny, for taking good care of my 89 year old mom's garage door. In a nutshell, my mom has a 90's door with side springs that was re-springed by Ar-Be Door a few years ago. It never worked right with the cables jumping out of the pulley and the door going up crooked. Ar--Be came out and said she needed a whole new door and tension spring system for $750. They said repairing the present system would be a Band-Aid and that they would not repair their previous install. Hmmpf! That's bull shee-ite! Dan from All Garage Services came out, found that one spring was installed backwards. He fixed it, put on new cables and new nylon rollers, and balanced both springs. Amazing! The door is so quiet now and especially smooth! And the repair was completed for at almost 1/4 of the cost of that new door Ar-Be wanted to rip my mom for. Why can't all businesses operate with knowledgeable service and honesty like AGS? It's one thing to be a parts-changer, and it's another to know what you're doing. Hired this company to replace springs, trolley and rollers of my garage. They did a great job and got the job done faster than I could've ever imagine. They are professional and know what they are doing. Gave me plenty of information on parts of the garage and how long certain components last. There is no doubt that they will beat their competitors price. Along with the warranties they offer and free service call before warranties expire, why would you not hire this company? I've never been happy paying for maintenance on the house but for the price I paid it's almost like I got it for free since all the other companies out there will literally charge you double. If you need a repair or replacement I would 100% recommend this company. They work with you and around your schedule. I will for sure refer any and all inquiries to them and I am sure I'll schedule them on my next house, at my young age I'm sure I'll be seeing them again and needing maintenance again in my lifetime. I do not Recommend these people at ALL! I put one star, only because I cannot put a HALF star. They harbor and employ a Thief named Marcos. They have No consideration for customers' time. They need training in customer service! I'm a renter. Owner says I can use the garage, but the remote was lost. We received All Garage Services via a recommendation - our worst decision ever made was to call them! They "convinced" the owner to buy a new door, as it was opening on its last wheels, and they did state they do not work with Genie model door openers. The owner, already paying for the door, didn't want to invest in a "new opener" because this one already worked - it was just missing a remote. Marcos said he could bring us a remote "tomorrow" for $35.00. So, thinking they were an honest neighborhood business, we gave him cash. That was October 28, 2014. Big Mistake. He's a thief. Marcos never showed up, nor never called the next day. After 2 weeks of calling, Marcos finally brings a used, dirty remote that looked like it was rolling around in the trunk of his car AND it doesn't work. He says, "oh, it's not compatible, we have to order a new one." uh, No! Marcos, we want our money back, "oh it will just be a few days." That was November 7, 2014. Now, here's the kicker - when we called the "office" asking for our money back, "Eli" answers the phone, hears us out and says: "I will personally be there tomorrow, Nov.8,2014 between 7 a.m. and 7:45 a.m." At 7:50 a.m., when no one shows up or no one calls - I call the office and ask "where is the worker that is to be at my location this morning?" They Hung Up the Phone on me! and when I called back - they put the voice mail on to leave a message, oh, but wait, the mail box is full. Oh darn. Too bad customer, we don't care about your business!!! At 9 a.m. we went to the "office." Danny and John show up at the location 10 a.m., they work and work with the remote and "determine" Oh, yeah, the remote doesn't work and you have to get your money back from Marcos, or invest in a new opener - Ha! Fat Chance we're giving you any more money! And Marcos, oh we finally talked to him on Nov. 13th, he stated he will show up "tomorrow November 14th at 4:30 p.m" to give us our money back - he Never Called. Never Showed up. We're still waiting for our money. This business is Harboring a Thief. If they had ANY consideration for customer service, they would reimburse our money and deal with Marcos from a Professional Business level, Oh, but wait, I forgot, That's Not the Kind of Business All Garage Services is! read more

We had severe damage to our garage door and I called Danny at All Garage Services at 5:00am on a Friday morning...he was at my house at 5:45am and my garage was replaced and in lock-down perfect condition before 12/noon. Danny and his entire crew were fast, effective and courteous. The price was reasonable and commensurate with the work performed. His crew disposed of my old door and cleaned up my garage before accepting payment. I will be calling only Danny from this point forward for all garage repairs and issues. Thank you! read more

DO NOT HIRE. We signed a contract last August for the work to be started asap and gave them a down payment. They waited till December to start the garage. Finally finished in January and only wanted more money. Did a horrible job on my fence in back as the planks aren't even straight. They finally built the garage and did the roof only to have 2 weeks later have half the roof fly off because they didn't properly nail the nails in the roof at the right spots. They did a horrible job on both the work and communication process as well. The owner would make up excuses stating why he couldn't start work and insult myself on the phone by yelling at me when it's their work that's totally UNSAFE. A total waste of money. This company doesn't deserve any work and I recommend anyone looking at their yelp page to find a different company! read more

Sure enough, 40 minutes later, Danny and another guy were here! Fixed the garage cable issue, reinforced my the lift arm, and fixed some of the struts that had come loose.
