My old wooden fence was well past its prime, and I knew I wanted to upgrade to vinyl. After posting the project on Yelp, SP Fence came up as the most highly rated...and I can see why. One word: service. We experienced a couple of setbacks, but Val and Olga were always prompt with a genuine response. At the end of the day, mistakes happen. Taking ownership and fixing them is what sets you apart, and the SP Fence team definitely hit it out of the park there. The new fence looks amazing, the crew were efficient and courteous, and I would happily suggest SP to everyone for their next fence project! read more

I am so happy with my new SP Fencing!!! From start to finish, everything went well. I received 0 2 other quotes for the work and SP was very competitive! I went with them based on multiple positive reviews and the salesman's obvious knowledge of both fencing and the options he felt would work well based on my priorities. They took down and disposed of my old wood fencing and installed new aluminum fencing and gates as we'd agreed. The office administrator was very helpful and readily answered questions. Tim, the installation supervisor was in regular contact to make sure we were scheduled around my availability. I cannot praise the installation crew enough....pleasant, helpful and boy did they do a great job including clean up!!!! I would never hesitate to use them again and highly recommend!!! Thanks SP!! read more

We received multiple estimates and finally made our decision to use SP Fencing for our vinyl fencing. There was no sales pressure from the estimator, no continuous follow up and the owner Olga made sure our journey with her company was smooth and stress free. The day of the install the SP Fence teams customer service and clean up was beyond exceptional. The Forman answered all my questions and concerns, the demolition of the old fence was fast along with the installation. My wife and I are very happy with our new vinyl fencing and the quality of the vinyl. The wow factor for me was when we needed a repair of a 3/4" hole and Vlad (forgive me if I misspelled the name) was GREAT OOOMG the whole team at SP Fence are super stars and knowledgeable. The repair was fast and stress free. Although I still recommend to get quotes from other fencing companies to compare the quality of SP Fencing to the other guys YOU will not be disappointed with your purchase and journey with SP Fencing SYOY read more

We, and our neighbors, wanted to hire the same company to fence each of our back yards. We received quotes from several companies and opted for SPFence. The estimator, Steve, is a character. He showed up at our house unannounced and gave me a 2-minute sales pitch because I was on my way out. I was ready to write them off because of this. Lucky for them, our neighbor's friend, who had used SPF at two different locations, recognized Steve and told our neighbors how great the company was to work for. That recommendation is why we chose them. They were able to install the fence way sooner than any other companies could, by weeks. Their office staff was super helpful, especially with permit and JULIE mixups. The fence they installed looks great! We're super happy with it, and them. I'd highly recommend them! Just never mind Steve's jokes. read more

Got the fence installed in Aug 2020. These guys did a tremendous job. Scott (sales person) was very professional and prompt with communication. They were 2nd cheapest quote I got, but they offered better materials for price (Cedar vs Treated Pine). Scott took the time to explain everything. Wait time was bit long though but worth it. Installers: 3 guys (forgot their names), amazing fellas. Kept me updated throughout the process and did professional job. It was a hot day too. I made sure they stay hydrated though. Fence came out how I imagined it. Icing on the cake is, SP Fence came back on their own after 3 months to replace any split or warped pickets. Inspected the whole fence as well. f I could give SP Fence a negative-5 star rating, I would. Aside from the fact that Scott, the salesperson, was gentlemanly and helpful, every aspect of the project was a catastrophe and their sloppy workmanship continues to cost me time and money 8 months later. 1) They started the job on a Thursday 6/18/20 and had failed to coordinate inspection with the Village of Itasca for the post hole inspection. The inspector was unavailable until the following day 6/19/20, and according to SP's "project manager", Vladimir, the crew was not available to finish the job on Friday. They left 42" deep post holes uncovered with no protective barriers or safety measures at the end of the day with no intention of coming back until the following week (see the photos, this is actually how they left the jobsite on 6/18 at a household and neighborhood with small children everywhere.) The next day I demanded that someone come out and cover the holes while the project lingered over the weekend, and they were reluctant. Fortunately, when Scott came back to review the situation on Friday 6/20, the village inspector was here and shared my dismay. The inspector demanded the holes be covered AND that the yard was cordoned-off with yellow safety tape. 2) During the poor start of work on 6/18/20, they immediately struck Comcast's data line to my house (which was clearly marked by JULIE), putting my wife and I out of business for nearly 4 days while we dealt with Comcast repairs. 3) The fence install did not follow the logical layout or the layout we agreed on with regard to post locations and run lengths. Thankfully they messed up the inspection timing which allowed me to intervene and correct them on how to run the sections. 4) They ultimately did offer a minimal discount for the inconveniences, ineptitude, delay, danger, and Comcast interruption. We accepted it to move on with the project and complete it in the interest of having the fence completed safely. However there are multiple scratches, dings, improper install of the post caps, rubbing of the gates on both sides of the yard, and other quality problems. Just a totally substandard job. 5) Nothing is like working with a company who exercises lax control on their data! We are still getting emails with fraudulent invoices and payment demands from these people! 6) Fast-forwarding to 1/21, we have intermittent electrical phase drops at our residence which ComEd has traced back to damage by SP Fence which they attempted to cover-up. ComEd is working with us to resolve these problems, but it is yet to be determined if there is damage to our AC, range, and other appliances that run off 240V. Avoid these people at all costs. I looked at several other companies' installs before I selected SP Fence, and from what I saw they had done a nice job on other installs in our area. Bad things happen and we understand it. But EVERYTHING is wrong with this job and SP was not a partner in making it right along the way. read more

They did a great job on my fence and they were reasonably priced. I would use them again.

Our new backyard is shared with our neighbors backyards. I have seen some coyotes wandering through, as well as some people traffic who didnt want to go the long way around. After moving in, we were sure we wanted to put up a fence at some point. After getting estimates from several companies, we chose SP fence and we are glad we did. The price was good and the guys who came did an outstanding job. They were quick, polite, and they communicated well. They even did a great job cleaning up. Our new fence looks clean and sharp as it adds a bit of privacy and security. Great work guys! read more

I am so very pleased with SPFence! Their salesman took plenty of time with this Senior to explain differences in materials and the timeline on installing. The office worked with me in getting my Naperville permit and let me know what documents(plat and permit stamp) were needed. The installers were the BEST---5 men worked from 8-2:30 taking down old fence and putting up the new one. Each seemed to know exactly what needed to be done. The yard was back to normal with everything taken away. I highly recomend this Family owned company!!! We love our fence! Work was excellent and the entire team easy to work with. Very Satisfied.

Great company , great service , great work overall!! The sales team, office and crew were fantastic .

Selecting SP Fence for our backyard aluminum fence was easy, two neighbors had used them to enclose their large backyards and have been very pleased. Our daughter's puppy visits us frequently so we needed a secure backyard. All SP Fence staff are easy to work with: Steve who visited our home to measure and prepare the proposal, Tim the construction supervisor and Irina the office manager who coordinates the contract. Our fence is 52" tall black aluminum with three horizontal rails, beautiful. The install team did a thorough, neat job, fence posts are solid, lines straight and even. We opted for two 5' gates to better accommodate riding mowers, a good suggestion from one of our two neighbors who had their SP Fence installed in 2020. read more

SP Fence is a reliable, considerate and reasonable fence company. We needed one side of a fence for our dog. There was a three week wait, but I believe since all our paperwork and permits were in, the fence was installed in a week, Absolutely beautiful. We decided to use SP Fence after getting several quotes We had them install approximately 125' of wood fence with 2 gates. (6' dog ear cedar tone) SP Fence uses American made materials which is always a plus. They are also a family owned business. The project was delayed by mother nature (rain) but let me tell you. The customer service was fantastic! From the quote, to the scheduling, to the install, everything was great! The crew that did the install were great to work with. I will definitely recommend SP Fence to anyone that needs a new fence! Job well done! read more

So happy with our fence! Living on 1.3 acres with a toddler and puppy with no fence or boundary was a little stressful, so we decided to fence in part of our backyard- and I'm so glad we did! We wanted something that wouldn't cut our view of the yard off so we went with aluminum so that we can still have a great view of our entire wild yard. Fence is absolutely beautiful, sturdy and the crew was very kind and quick. Definitely recommend SP Fence! read more

We've had a GREAT experience with SP Fence. I got 5 estimates and SP was the lowest (but not by much) and Steve (the estimator) made us feel like we were in good hands so we went with them. They came out about 4 weeks after we signed the contract. There was a crew of 4 and they were GREAT. They were professional, efficient, and worked VERY quickly. They answered my questions and kept us informed. They didn't leave until the job was done and it looks GREAT. It passed the village inspection and we are happy to have some privacy! SP Fence was fantastic. Steve came out and did our estimate, and went over all of the details and options we had. We went with a 6 ft arched privacy fence, treated pine. However, after getting our permit denied due to being a corner lot, we had to slope the fence down to 4 ft for part of it, but they made it seamless. Steve came back out to re-do our estimate and make sure everything was compliant, and our estimate actually went down. We had a lot of fencing and their quote was the best we got. On installation day, the workers showed up around 8:30 am, and finished by 7 pm which we thought was impressive. We had 250 ft of fencing and they took down and hauled away the old fence. Overall awesome company, back office was very kind and informative, and we recommend them. read more

I had four different quotes for the same style of fence completed and SP Fence beat out all of the competition. They were also really great with a last minute issue that come up with my HOA, the fault laid with my HOA, and not SP fence. Even still they were willing to change where the fence was going to be installed on the day of the installation. Scott was our point person for our fence and he was fantastic, answering all of my questions and even putting up with me calling him every 10 minutes while I was dealing with my HOA. The fence looks great and the quality of the install was wonderful. I highly recommend them! read more

Great all around experience with Scott the sale guy and with Daniel and his crew I would highly recommend this company

I quoted multiple companies for one section of fence on my property and SP Fence was not only the quickest to come give me a quote but also the best price. I know generally speaking cheaper quotes mean cheaper work but man they did an exceptional job. blew it out of the park. my neighbors were asking which company I went through because they were impressed by the quality. the turn around was fast too... within a week of accepting the quote the fence was complete. I highly recommend this company. They were no nonsense. They didnt scam me for extra feet of fence like other companies I quoted with. its crazy how you can measure your own fence and companies will come out and try to say your fence is 10 to 15 feet longer then that. SP fence didnt play any games. Gave me exactly what I expected and put up a fence exactly how I wanted. If you want a easy experience with no bs then look into this company. read more

SP Fence did an incredible job with our fence!! I would recommend them to everyone! We are on a corner lot and replaced 2 sides of chain link fence with 6ft, wooden privacy fences. We also had a gate installed on both sides. We had our fences moved forward on both sides to give us a bigger yard and had them follow the grade of our yard since we wanted it low to the ground to keep our dogs in and unwanted animals out! Scott came out answered our questions, measured everything and gave a quote before he left. Once we decided to I've forward with SP Fence, Irina (office) was incredible with answering my many questions and making sure I knew what paperwork was needed before the work day came. They had great communication with all steps! The day of, the workers had set up, fence posts dug, new fences installed, the old chain link fences taken out/hauled away and everything cleaned up by 4pm. It was so hot and they worked hard to get it done. read more
