That said, we were in a bit of a rush (new house, 2 dogs, no fence), so the fact they were not the cheapest went out the window for speed of getting the job done. My fence toppled over after a bad storm. Some of my friends recommended this company so I contacted them. November 17th Juan came out to assess the damage. A couple of days later Juan emailed me the quote. My husband and I reached out to Juan on November 23rd and November 30th asking for an adjusted quote with no reply both times. I called them on December 9th and the man that answered said Juan would call me back on the 9th. Didn't receive a call. Do NOT use this company, by far the worst company service I ever had to deal with. I should start by saying how I always support local small business whenever I can, and I especially don't like leaving a bad review. I feel this one is necessary. They started very nicely, showed up next day for a quick estimate, informed me that a fence would be up by the weekend, next weekend tops. That same day the lady at the office calls & asks for half the payment, the rest to be paid after after fence completion. From that point on, they turned completely 180. Completely non responsive to calls, every time I try to call, they screen to voicemail. I ask why the delay, they give some lame excuse. It took 4 and a half weeks and still nothing. I call and no one answers, I finally got frustrated and texted the agent saying if I don't have a fence by this week I will dispute the transaction and get a refund.. he IMMEDIATELY calls me and states that they will come and finish.. finally!! they show up after 2 days to finish the small 11 ft fence. Didn't even clean up after their work UNTIL AFTER I called to complain.. during drilling they cut a wire and they didn't seem to care or apologize for it, even though they said they scanned the area for wires and that they wouldn't drill over wires... It only took 4 & 1/2 weeks for a small fence!!!... I'm very disappointed The most concerning part : I get a multiple texts within the span of a single day asking if they can charge the "same card" for the remainder!! Thats when I realized they SAVED my credit card on file without my permission!! Major Red Flag!!! I was shocked!! Even more shocked they don't understand the seriousness of their actions. I had to ask for my original documents back before I pay the remainder, because they didn't even drop it off after finishing the work. That lady on the phone handling payments was totally unapologetic and SO rude handling that phone call.. completely nonchalant and did not care whatsoever that she saved my credit card without permission. It wasn't even saved like secured on a computer. It was WRITTEN out on my folder for any one to see!!! Terrible careless behavior. Not a single apology I initially hired them because I wanted to replace my entire fence line, but I was not sure if I should commit to that company, so I decided to test their services by installing a small portion first.. and I am extremely glad I didn't commit because as it turns out; they are not trust worthy, they are not professional.. They just want your money. Zero customer service, zero accountability for their actions. They just simply don't care. I really hope everyone reading this to beware, and use a different company. I sincerely regret hiring them. find another company to spend your money and time with. I would not recommend this company to anyone. What really stands out is one day they were installing a fence in the neighborhood and they noticed one of our post settled a couple inches. Requested a quote online for a fence repair. Got a response that they received my request and would be in contact shortly. Weeks went by, they never responded. My husband finally contacted them again to request a quote, this time via phone call. They scheduled someone to come out 10 days later. He arrived an hour earlier than scheduled without communicating the change. He spent no more than 2 minutes on the property (including parking, ringing the doorbell, getting brochures), not enough to check the integrity of the fence. He didn't even walk the property just viewed the obvious damage from a distance (we wanted a quote for an entire side- 15 fence posts- the length of the yard that may be compromised- he quoted us only for the 4 affected by the storm) and really pushed the metal posts for the $30 upgrade. My husband couldn't get a lot of info; he seemed in a hurry and wouldn't answer questions. He handed us a Fence Connection card with his name (Ray Medina) & personal number written on it as well as the brochure for the metal posts. He came on a Thursday & my husband called his number the following week to schedule the repair and he didn't remember coming or even have a record of the quote (which verbally he told us was $650 ($350 base price for the first & $100 per additional post)). Stated at minimum we'd be waiting 3 weeks for the repair and couldn't guarantee the price since there was no record of his visit. Getting ahold of this company was difficult, getting an appointment even more troublesome, and the service is terrible. I can't imagine the quality of product would be anything better than lackluster. read more

Don't ever use Fence Connection, Inc. They dug straight into the ground and cut my buddy's cable line even with a bright orange line sprayed on the grass right along where the cable ran. Awful situation for a guy that works from home 3 days a week. This being after he had to call them 3 weeks after he paid them to ask when they were going to schedule the install only for him to find out that they had no record he had already paid and that the order for materials was never placed to begin with. They also didn't order enough fencing for his yard after taking the original measurements so they are missing 25 feet of fencing for his yard. read more

Bought a house with a wooden fence installed by FC and found out that the wooden gate was not sitting flush. No other parts of the fence settled and everything is parallel, leading me to believe that the gated entry was faulty from the get go. I called to inquire about warranties which they stated does not transfer ownership, that is understandable. Then I asked when the fence was installed and the lady helping me was reluctant to delve into the issue as searching through old papers proved to be too arduous for her. They were incredibly unhelpful. I can only hope that they provide more assistance to the previous owner once I serve them with a lawsuit for failure to disclose existing issues. I feared it was going to be quite a challenge to find a contractor who could repair my fence quickly, or even call me back. But on Monday morning, I started calling around and Fence Connection returned my call promptly, had an estimator out the next day, and work was completed a week after that. The work was done very professionally and fence looks great. My only minor complaint was that the crew ended up not needing to replace quite as many posts as had been quoted, yet the price was not reduced accordingly. I scheduled an appointment with this company for today at 6:45pm. It is now 7:57pm. No one has shown up, no phone call, nothing... I was a potential customer with a 270 linear foot fence job. We were looking for a 6' tall, vinyl fence with (2) 4' gates. Obviously this company dosent care about their appointments and dosent even have the decency to call if they are running late or cant make an appointment.
