Big thanks to Rachel, Evelyn, Robert, Todd, David, and the rest of the team. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and great to chat with. Especially wanted to bring your attention to their prompt communications! They answer the phone and reply to emails quickly, which can be rare in the industry. The quality of work is excellent, and we cannot be happier with our yard now that the fence is complete. read more

Advanced Fence & Gate did an excellent job from start to finish. The communication--from the quote to scheduling to billing--was clear and professional. The installation went smoothly, and we are very happy with how the fence turned out. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. read more

Great service. They replaced a gate for me on an older fence and it looks perfect. It works even better than the one that was replaced

From the time I called for an estimate, chose our fencing style, received our quote, accepted quote, applied for permit, put down deposit, fence installed, inspected, roughly 30 days passed from start to finish. Open communication on the part of all employees at Advanced Fence & Gate and Village of Mount Prospect (the Village has expedited the permitting process) installation was smooth even though Omar and his crew had to keep ducking rain showers to complete the job on the 2nd day. They still did a stand up job, and their work proved it when the village came out for the final inspection and said he's always sees great work from this company, I would highly recommend Advanced Fence & Gate. read more

This is the 2nd time in 5 years I've had the pleasure of using Advanced Fence & Gate. The first time was at our home in Evanston. They did a perfect job and the fence is still in excellent shape and I attribute that to their master craftsmanship of how they put the fence together. The second time we used them was last week at my mom's house. She needed a new fence and gate. Advanced Fence once again performed an excellent job. The crew were all pleasant, were respectful of mom's plants and when they left, I never knew they were there; all the yard was completely cleaned up. Advanced quote was very detailed much more so than the other quotes I got for my mom. Buyer beware on some of these other companies that do not include in their quote that they will take the old fence away. If a quote is much lower than Advanced Fence, ask questions, as there is probably a surprise that you might not expect. Advanced was also great at communicating with me. I live a half hour away and only had a select number of days that I could go out to my mom's. The owner of the company, Todd, reached out and kept in touch throughout the process. It was a pleasure doing business with Advanced Fence & Gate and I highly recommend them. read more

Todd and his crew at Advanced Fence were a pleasure to work with. The price was fair, the installation was quick and professionally done by his crew. I especially appreciate the crew taking care to not disturb the rain garden and plantings along our side of the fence. We love the results! We had permit issues with the village as the fence was actually on on our neighbor's property, but Todd expedited the process to everyone's satisfaction. Would highly recommend! read more

Our condo recently had a full fence replacement by Advanced Fence and Gate. As a member of the garden committee, I was concerned about quality, timeliness and cost. Bingo on all fronts. Very frustrating experience. We asked them to send an estimator for a steel fence around our large side yard. They would not send someone unless we first did the leg work to get an online quote through their system. I was looking forward to working with them, as they had great reviews, but unwilling to work with a company not willing to do the client relations to get the business. Makes me question what their customer service would be if we hired them. read more

We would highly recommend Advanced Fence & Gate. Todd and Craig were great to work with in getting the estimate and scheduling, and everything happened on time. Had our fence installed about 2 months ago. We have a corner lot with a large side yard. I must have had twenty people walk by and say how great everything looks. And I don't really know them. Just people walking by. Even the local cop stopped and said how nice it looked. Gene G. read more

Arrived on time for both the quote and the installation. Was able to squeeze me in at the end of the season. Workers were both friendly and very efficient. Fence looks great! The team even went above and beyond by handling some unusual circumstances. Would hire them again. read more

They showed up to provide a quote when they said they would. They were friendly, provided the quote quickly and beat the other two prices I had gotten. If you are looking to have a fence built for your house, look no further. My wife and I could not be happier with the fence and gate that Todd installed with his crew. We truly got to customize it since it was built on site at our house. We worked with David and Pedro (great guys), who worked quickly and precisely making sure everything is straight and level. Having the top of the fence be straight all the way around was most important to us. This meant there were gaps in the bottom of the fence because of the way our yard goes up and down. However, they were able to fill in those gaps between the ground and bottom of the fence perfectly. The price was reasonable, service was outstanding, communication by Todd is everything you could ask for. Very nice guy, and outstanding company. Great job!! read more

Just had my fence project completed last week and looks great. Worked with Craig who came out and provided an estimate. He was very thorough, honest, and responsive about the timeline of the project and cost of materials amidst a pandemic. Todd followed up to schedule and was responsive in addressing my questions. Their team arrived on time and finished the project in the estimated time frame. Very professional company and would highly recommend them! read more

If I could give ZERO star, I would. Watch out with this company, they think because there is a clause on the contract about digging holes without looking down to any water pipes, they are not responsible. They don't want to be accountable for breaking our sewage waste pipe when they dug out the holes to place the post and pours a lot of concrete to cover the broken pipe. They want you to deal with their insurance but we made a deal with them directly. We paid close to $5000 dollars to fixed their mistake. They don't want to be responsable for this big mess. We didn't have water for 3 days. We will not recommend this fence company to nobody. BE CAREFUL. We still fighting for it. DO NOT SIGN their contract that benefits them only. read more

The process of getting a quote and then finalizing our detailed fence-specs for an el shaped wooden fence (with 1 gate) began in Aug 2017. Todd patiently answered every emailed question ( and there were eventually 20 questions on top of what we discussed during his site visit) even though we only needed under 30 linear feet! The price quoted was very reasonable. The installation day eventually, finally arrived (after a few weeks), and the crew was pleasant & patient with our further questions on the day-of. The materials and craftsmanship were faultless, and the end results are still A+ in every way. I highly recommend the Advance Fence & Gate team. read more

We had our gate and some rotten and missing boards replaced. The fence and gate were put in by the previous owners and the gate posts weren't put in deep enough and the gate was leaning. We shopped five different fence companies (more than that if you count the companies that never returned my calls or emails) for bids. Todd Kopke and Advanced Fence were the most economical (equal to one other bidder), and were by far the most responsive. We were fortunate enough to get in just before the pandemic hit and the City closed their offices (and inspectors!). The crew came out and one day and finished the next. They really did a high quality job. Very detail oriented. I am super happy with the outcome! read more

Todd and the staff at Advanced Fence & Gate provided me with great service on my new fence install (no existing fence was in place, only landscaping bushes). From the initial quote, paperwork, permit, crew, they were in constant communication with me the entire time making the process effortless. Pricing was competitive and I liked the quality of the materials best out of the products I evaluated. When it came time to install, Manny and his crew were awesome! The took careful planning and execution when picking the fence line, leveling the fence and pouring the concrete posts. They installed over 230' of 6' privacy fence in 2 days. We absolutely love how the backyard has transformed into a new, rejuvenated, clean and safe backyard for our kids! I heard about Advanced Fence & Gate from a friends recommendation and I'll happily recommend this company to my friends and family in the area. read more

This company is a joy to work with! We had a 4' vinyl privacy fence installed around our back yard this past September. Advanced Fence & Gate installed the most beautiful white vinyl fence in our backyard and were a dream to work with from start to finish. Todd and Advanced Fence are great to work with. They installed a black chain link fence for our 1/2 acre yard in October 2018. Timely install, good price and they were careful not to damage plants and bushes along the fence line.
