I've worked with O's several times now, mainly on interior renovations. They are very responsive and detailed, and do great work. I recommend them to all of my clients! read more

We originally started looking for a contractor that could handle a laundry list of mostly cosmetic projects such as patching and painting in the house we'd just purchased that were either left undone or were done at a substandard level by the contractor that renovated the house before we purchased it. After putting out a request through the Yelp search service, O's was one of several that contacted us seeking to provide an estimate for the work. Out of all the contractors that came by to give an estimate, O's was the only one that provided straightforward pricing without playing games like increasing the overall price to make up for projects we decided not to take on just yet, and they also provided an honest assessment of what kinds of materials we'd need to get things to look the way we wanted them to. Luis provided the initial estimate, and was courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from the first time we met him, all the way through the completion of the project. He took time to listen to what we wanted, and provided sound advice on how to get there, instead of just telling us how something had to be done and not considering what we wanted the finished result to look like. He took time to listen to us regarding everything from the big picture of how to get the project from start to completion, to the smallest detail of paint and design, and he continually made sure each piece was done to our complete satisfaction. I can't say enough good things about his project management and how thankful we are to have had him working with us on this. Whenever anything came up, he was always a text or a phone call away, and it was taken care of just like that. I also can't say enough good things about the crews that came to do the work. Every single one of them was friendly, courteous, respectful of our home and our needs while they were working, and most importantly, incredibly skilled in their work. Their skill and attention to detail were phenomenal, and they always took care to make sure everything was done perfectly. I'm sure I told each of them over and over how their work made the house look the way it should have from the beginning, and if we'd had our choice, they would have been the ones to do the work originally. They also took time to do a thorough cleanup at the end of each day, and were happy to check in with us and keep us posted on their progress, as well as making sure we were satisfied with the way things were looking each step of the way. Every single one of them were true professionals in every sense of the word, and their work is second to none. The interior spaces finally look the way we'd envisioned them from the beginning, and they took time to fix all of the issues left by the original contractor down to the smallest detail. Looking now at their truly superior work, I can safely say there's no comparison between the way the house looked before and how it looks now. I also can't thank them enough for everything they did. In the middle of the project, our basement got flooded by the storms in July 2023. The mostly cosmetic project that we'd originally hired O's to do before now became a complete basement renovation, including the replacement of drywall, studs, insulation, the pouring of new concrete, laying of tile, and then painting and decorating the entire basement essentially from scratch. O's team handled this unplanned second phase of our project just as well as they'd handled the first, with Luis providing his stellar project management and each member of the team providing their superior level of workmanship once again. We now have a fully functional finished basement once again, and honestly, one that far exceeds the previous version we had as well. All of this is thanks to the team at O's, who we couldn't possibly have done this without, nor would I trust anyone else to work on our house after having experienced the quality of work we got by hiring O's. In addition to all of this, they made sure to stay within our budget and still managed to give us the home we'd dreamed of all along. We're also already planning our next project with them, and wouldn't even think of going to anyone else. TL;DR: if you need to hire someone to fix literally anything in your home, hire O's. It'll be done right the first time, no matter what condition it's in when they arrive, from faulty to flooded. Their work is what all contractors should aspire to. read more

O's Has done a lot of work for us in the past few years. They completely painted our entire house, back in 2016. Then, in 2017, they remodeled our master bathroom. Having small children, they were always considerate about cleaning up and making sure that the dust was at a minimal. In 2019, they repaired and stained our deck. In 2020, they remodeled our garage. We just got a quote today for installing a basement bathroom. They are extremely attentive to detail! The quality of their work is impeccable. I highly recommend their services. read more

Fair prices. Excellent work. Have used them for a few projects and have recommended them. They are also helpful with any items that may come up during your project .e.g. additional repairs or cleaning. Highly recommended. read more

I have used O's Decorating for painting the interior of my condo and for installing track lighting in my 2nd bedroom. I have been very pleased with their skills and professionalism. They are aways very punctual in starting a project and completing it on time. The prices that they charge are very fair considering the quality of their work. I would heartily recommend O's Decorating for all home projects! Nancy Pollock read more

My wife and I hired O's Decorating to redo our kitchen, which included putting up a new wall for a new room. Luis was our contractor. He was very communicative and responsive. He was also completely forthright about how long it would take, delays, and issues that we saw. When we had an issue, Luis made himself available to discuss the work and to make it right. Including having his contractors come back multiple times for the details. The tile work was unmatched. Just simply beautiful work. I would show pictures, but we had an Ice dam that damaged the work they did. So of course, we called Luis and within a few days, we had an estimate and the work was being fixed. O's has been a complete joy to work with. I cannot recommend them enough. read more

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Luis, George and the whole team. They are some of the most friendly, responsive and professional contractors that I have ever worked with. Our neighbor used them for a painting job and when we gave a call, Luis came over the next day to give a quote. He was able to work within our budget which was a huge for us. They were also able to help with other projects besides painting - we had them sand and varnish several wooden areas, caulking & deck repair to name a few. They did really quality work and George was so nice and very quick to respond when I noticed a little spot here or there that needed to be touched up. Coordinating with them was easy - they were on-time and finished all the work ahead of schedule. We will definitely be using them again for our next home project! read more

I previously hired O's Decorating to paint my entire condominium unit and was very happy with their work. I recently hired them again to replace and paint some ceiling drywall in my dining room. The painter arrived on time, thoroughly covered everything around the work area, did great work, left the work area spotless, and was professional and pleasant to work with. The pricing was reasonable. They do amazing work. If you want someone reliable that does the best job, don't look further. read more

Luis and O's team went above and beyond our expectations with a recent bathroom project. It was a complex job and they knocked it out of the ballpark. The job required a careful stone-cutting job to replace fragile travertine marble tile, install a new mixing valve, and carefully install non-standard British-made shower fixtures. The team at O's Decorating has set a new standard for professionalism starting with their communication, exceptional prep work to protect our home (including covering air vents to prevent dust), and luxury-grade installation. The scoping work and planning were meticulous and Luis took the time to educate/explain all the nuances and implications, giving advice every step of the way. I'm already looking for new projects for this team! read more

I am very happy with the quality of work from this company. Luis came to do the quote and he was very patient and flexible, which was so helpful because I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted done. My tenants had ruined some walls, but I couldn't afford to re-paint every wall in the house so he helped me troubleshoot. We were able to come up with a solution that worked very well and my walls looked beautiful when Emilio, the painter, was finished with them. I was so pleased with the quality of their work, that I hired them again about a month later to repair dry wall in my basement and then repaint the fixed walls. There was a small miscommunication between the quoted job and what was completed. After reaching out to Luis, he quickly addressed the situation and had his repairman/painter back on the same day as our discussion to address the issue. The job was completed exactly the way we had originally discussed and I'm very happy with the final product. In both instances, Luis provided a quick quote and had someone working within a week. I will definitely be calling them again the next time I need painting work to be completed. read more

O's Decorating is outstanding. Their attention to detail, professionalism and workmanship are superior. I have been using them for years and I am so impressed with the level of service they provide. read more

I wish I could give this company 6 stars! They did an excellent job from start to finish. Luis came on short notice to give me a quote, and we had painters in our condo the next week! Jorge and Emilio arrived promptly everyday and were professional and friendly. When I was struggling to feed my 2 year-old and get out of the house with her, they were super patient and accommodating. Odin even dropped in to check on the progress and make sure we were happy with the work, which I thought was a very nice touch. Most importantly, their work was top notch. They did some repairs to our ceilings, painted our kitchen cabinets, and painted our banisters. I would highly recommend them and will absolutely use them in the future! read more

Wow. We could not be more pleased with our condo. Luis, Odin, and everyone that entered our home were so incredibly flexible, professional, kind, and efficient. We needed A LOT of work done to our new condo. Luis came to give us an estimate right away and then we got the project booked as soon as they had an opening for us. Their prices were spot on, and their quality of work was incomparable. Before the start date, we added a few things to the project and Luis was incredible at turning around a new estimate that was detailed and easy to read. They painted our entire condo, removed track lighting and installed 6 new recessed can lights. They changed out the old hardware on the outdated cans to make them look brand new. They changed out the previous owners' awful light fixtures in the second bathroom, dining room, second bedroom, and the master. They removed a built-in cabinet in the second bathroom, removed all old hardware the previous owners so kindly left for us, i.e. speakers, old security system, old nail holes, weird wiring that led to nowhere, etc. Our walls look brand new. Our condo looks brand new! O's Decorating and Painting took care of every little detail. They kept our furniture and belongings safe while they worked, and cleaned up after themselves every night -- and they worked all day and into the evening per our permission. Our huge project took them under a week, and they were accessible night and day when we had questions. These guys know how to run an incredible business and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. read more

O's is the company to use when putting the finishing touches on your space! Owning my own business, I look for professionals with an attention to the small details and this team does just that without charging you an arm and a leg. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for residential painting, commercial painting, and remodeling work! read more

Luis and Jorge are friendly, hard working, conscientious, and talented! We were living in our condo while they painted the whole thing, and they worked miracles around furniture. Everything looks great. They made it clear that they wanted feedback throughout and a thorough check at the end to be sure we were happy with everything. And we were! read more

This team is great. We hired them to stain our roof deck. As everyone knows, the weather has been really difficult this spring and O's worked with us to navigate the tricky weather forecasts to get the work done. They were great at keeping in touch and keeping us a priority as we had a deadline we were working toward. They were professional and respectful and most importantly did great work. I would highly recommend them! read more

I am a fussy interior architect and finding a painter who has also mastered plastering was going to be a challenge and a half. Luis was top notch from the start to give an estimate on the scope of work to be done and then to send Jorge. Jorge knows his craft plus he is a neatnik like myself. A 24-inch towel bar had to be re-secured with reinforced wood behind the wall, then skilled plastering and priming. The bathroom was updated with fresh paint on a second day. The wall was smooth with no evidence of any work done to it. Also Jorge had chemically removed gold colored stains on a tiled shower stall which was the less invasive method. I had ready replacement tiles and grout. Jorge, indeed, has the "Midas touch!" They will now be the go-to source for all my future clients. read more

The team at O's Decorating, Odin, Luis, and Luis Jose, did a fantastic job of repairing and painting my apartment. They were always on time, ready to work. They had a positive attitude, were friendly and hard-working professionals. After the painting, they hung drapery rods, mirrors, paintings and towel bars and hooks in the bathrooms. O's Decorating is a five star company! read more

O's Decorating helped us with our kitchen remodeling. They did a fantastic job from start to finish and we would recommend them highly. Luis, the manager, was easy to work with and very businesslike. Jorge painted the cabinets and walls and was both meticulous and pleasant. Emilio and Jose installed the backsplash flawlessly. This was a positive experience from start to finish. read more

I'd highly recommend O's Decorating without any hesitation. Luis was incredibly responsive and helped me deal with an urgent painting request on very short notice. Jose from his crew was incredibly professional, punctual and did a terrific job with our project. Not to mention he was very orderly and cleaned up as if he was never there -- ensuring there was no dust, etc after he completed his work. Thanks so much for the entire team for the tremendous work. read more

Luis and Odin were absolutely fantastic. They were extremely professional from the day we were were discussing scope of work until the very last day when they finished. The entire team is very courteous and respectful of our home throughout the 1+ months they were working. We trusted them in our home without us being there, and had no issues. They left our home in the same, if not better, condition than when they started. The work itself was impeccable. Every detail was done to perfection and as described. If we need to make any changes, they were always open - friendly, flexible and still meticulous. Luis was extremely responsive as well, whether over email, text, or phone. He took the time to listen to our suggestions as well as answer the many questions we had, patiently and thoroughly. I've heard nightmare stories about contractors, but O's Decorating was a dream to work with. I would highly recommend them, and would absolutely work with them again! read more

Odin and Luis are true professionals who pay attention to details and are "hands-on" in every aspect of the work. They kept me informed of all that was going on and when changes had to happen. They offered me options when there were unexpected detours. Their crew was also amazingly professional and seemed to take great pride in their work. I would use them again in a heartbeat and are recommending them to my relatives who also need work done. One bit of advice: make sure you are working with someone or are available to pick things up. They are a small company and don't have the manpower to pick things up. The dolly app is great for arranging delivery FYI. read more

Excellent, so very neat and professional! Luis and Odin helped me hang the pictures in my apartment and they did an absolutely perfect job! The other work they've done for other family members has been completely top-notch and I would highly recommend them for any painting/home construction work. Super nice with a great eye for detail. read more

I just moved into a new house and wanted a lot of things done to update. Luis and Jorge and the rest of their team did exactly that. They are extremely hard workers. They are professional, meticulous, and a pleasure to have around. I actually miss having them here! They painted my entire house, including trim, doors, and some very tricky windows!! They also did beautiful, flawless tile work for my backsplash and fireplace. I honestly could not have been happier with everything that they did and would absolutely highly recommend them to anyone looking to have this type of work done. They're the best!! read more

Found O's through Angie's List and they did NOT disappoint! Luis is a class act providing exceptional customer service from the first phone call to the project review. He is accessible through the duration of the project - a true pleasure these days. We just moved in to a new home and they painted all of our bedrooms. They look fantastic. We also contracted them to paint our entire condo in the city as we are getting ready to list it. We couldn't be happier with the quality of work! They do what they say they will and we will be calling them again in the future. read more

I recently completed renovating my entire condo (from painting the kitchen cabinets to installing new stone counter tops, to replacing closet doors, to new carpeting, to, well, you get the picture). None of this could have been accomplished without the tremendous teamwork of Luis, Fernando, Jorge, Juan, Antonio, and Odin himself (I'm sorry if I am not remembering everyone's name); they were true artists at their craft and couldn't have been more accommodating or enthusiastic about their work. It was simply a joy to work with them and my house looks spectacular. For all the mess that goes along with redecorating and construction, I would do this again with Odin's team in a heartbeat. read more
