Due to our Chicago weather, many of the posts were rotting out, so it was time to replace. I called that same company for an estimate. They came out, but did not spend a lot of time with me; I was debating between purchasing another wood fence or an aluminum fence. We have a very large backyard so this would be a big project. I also called Paramount for an estimate. The salesman we had was Laura. She spent more than 45 minutes discussing where the Fence should go, how it would look with the house, and the differences between wood and aluminum. Paramount was a little bit higher in price compared to our old company, but the big difference was the expertise and professionalism! Laura was so detailed oriented and continued even after the deposit was made to keep us updated on the progress of our project, due to gates having to be special ordered. It has only been six weeks since installation, so I cannot comment on long-term durability, but I can comment on their initial work. We had a great flood on the Fourth of July, which was only three days after installation! My husband and I were having an anxiety attack since you're not supposed to even open the gate for two or three days after installation. As you can see in the video, the Fence held. If this is a testament on the quality of material and installation, I don't know what could be. I highly recommend Paramount Fence, and a big thank you to Laura for making this experience seamless!

The fence panel is not an expensive item nor would it take 1 guy more that 15 minutes to fix, so I have a hard time understanding why they would not just fix it and be done rather than risk a bad review. In light of their poor customer service I cannot recommend Paramount.

Professional and great service throughout the entire process including helping me with applications to my HOA and guiding me through the process every step of the way for village permits. Not to mention I wound up with an absolutely beautiful fence. 3 weeks later we had a derecho come through which knocked out three sections of my fence overnight. The next morning they were out there fixing the fence.. and they did it free of charge! Earlier this week we had what was called a "wake low"! Another odd name for wins during a storm. This time it took out one section of my fence on the other side of the yard. Also there was damage to several boards that wound up with holes and a crack in them. Not only did they come out the very next day again and put everything back in place, replacing the broken boards.. and doing some service on my gate which had shifted and wasn't closing smoothly... but once again free of charge! Of the three I spoke to, one company wanted a $1500 dollar minimum on the job, and the other one told me they could send someone out, but it was initially a $100 travel fee, from their shop to my house. I needed two chain link fence gates repaired mind you, not 20 foot prison fencing with razor wire. I finally spoke with the owner, Anthony. He called back in good time, and quoted an extremely reasonable price. He came out, got the work done, and made sure I was happy before squaring away the bill. Definitely a guy who cares about his business, and definitely interested in customer service. For quality work, done by a conscientious worker, at a fair price, this is the place to go.
