Cute place! Right on the main strip so great location but parking can take some time. Servers were very nice. I loved the ube oreo the best. They have games you can play and different varieties of milk. It's pretty unique and I enjoyed visiting the store.
Best spot for icecream in White Center! I stopped by for the first time for an icecream puff (Elite event) and added on a viet coffee. The ice cream is so creamy and I love the Asian flavors offered here! The Ube Oreo flavor is so good, highly recommend! Great service and cute decor!
Refreshing beverage in Seattle, Washington... I knew that my niece would like this shop because its name is: Puffy Pandy I envisioned lots of cute pandas... and we were not disappointed! Free street parking was much appreciated! We walked into the kawaii shop and were overwhelmed by the quantity and quality of merchandise! We both got a delicious drink and discussed which items we would purchase. This is a wonderful establishment with friendly, helpful employees! We look forward to returning!
This is such a fun ice cream / coffee shop. It is a smaller space but the natural lighting opens the place up. There are so many goodies u can shop/look at while eating your ice cream. I was helped right away and was given recommendations from the staff. The ice cream itself was so yummy and you can really tell it was made in house. The cream puff was made fresh but cooled down so it did not completely melt the ice cream. Parking can be a little difficult in the area but you can usually find a spot a block or two away.
I live in northern seattle and found myself in the west seattle/white center area this sunny Wednesday and i went into puffy pandy. The flavor offerings were tropical and Jade at the front was incredibly nice. She offered me samples of the ice cream and walked me through the types of add ons and was genuinely very kind and bubbly. Aside from the excellent customer service, the sweet treat i got made me so happy! I got the fruity pebbly ice cream with fruity pebble toppings and the cone was warm and crunchy and was a nice compliment with the ice cream. I will be back with my friends and we will try the ube and pandan flavors next. I can't wait to come back!
I came here on a Sunday. It's a cute little place that offers free Wi-Fi where I could spend some time working. I love how friendly the staff are, and they were efficient in serving my taro milk tea, which was delicious! They have all sorts of cute panda plushies and accessories. Definitely a cute place to visit! Parking is street parking.
I already cannot wait to come back! I've been dying to try Puffy Pandy for a while now. I knew that it would be dangerous to set foot here. I finally said "treat yourself" and so I did, and I'm glad I listened to my intuition. I got one of each mini cream puff flavor, the cutest teeny tiny macarons, and their mango milk with boba. I regret not taking a photo of what I got, but they were all soooo delicious! I did put a photo of the card they gave me with all the flavors, though, which I thought was a very nice touch! The cream puffs were nice and soft, the cream inside was nice and smooth, and the flavors tasted just like you'd imagine. The mini macarons were first off very cute and tiny! They give you an assortment of their flavors. All were very good, especially the Earl Grey, as it's my latest obsession right now. Needless to say, I'd definitely be back, especially for gifts for friends and family, as it's too good not to share!
Ordered a large box of mini macarons. They came cutely packaged, complete with panda tape and in a cute panda bag. My husband got some cream puffs which he said were really good. I would definitely go here again to get treats for work or friends.
Technically my third review for this place (if you count the Yelp Elite Experience event I went to for their ice cream puffys) since now I can recommend a third item on their menu: their macarons! This was during a cold and dark Saturday night and I wanted something to bring during a Friendsgiving potluck. I don't know why but this place suddenly came to mind; maybe I wanted something more colorful while still being small and a nice dessert to have. I started eyeing their 60-piece mini macarons, which was just $29 flat and was in a small container and was organized by color. Servers were really kind and asked me how my day was, along with answering my questions on the differences between macaron sizes. As a bonus, I have had their regular-sized macarons, both from a Yelp Elite event and on my own time, so I can vouch for both sizes now. Macarons are really tasty while not being too sweet. There's subtle differences among each color of macarons; I tasted hints of vanilla, strawberry and (maybe) cookies and cream among them. Outside crust for each macaron was soft yet firm when you bite into it, and filling is not at all overpowering. Needless to say, it was one of the first desserts to be completely gone by the time the Friendsgiving party was over, so that pretty much says how awesome their stuff is.
It's been too long since we came to puffy panda! My partner and I were in the area and had to make the 10 min detour to stop in. The vibe is cozy and full of fun panda art and Knick knacks. We were served promptly at the counter. We came for the puffy icecream sandwich but saw the Ube cookie and had to get it too. We didn't regret it! Once we finished the cookie, our warm puff pastry icecream sandwich was ready. Yum! We aren't huge on sweets, so splitting both was a good call. We got a 1/2 dozen of the cream puffys on our way out. We're looking forward to those treats!
What an absolutely cute dessert spot! Adorned with all things panda, this shop offers a variety of treats like macaron, ice cream, cream puffs, boba tea and more. My family and I were in the area and wanted to try this establishment. We got the ube + Oreo ice cream puffy ($6.25), cream puffy sampler of 6 ($11.50) and a panda shaped stress ball ($10.xx) upon the request of my 3 year old. The ice cream puffy comes with a topping of choice (Oreos, fruity pebbles, cornflakes or sprinkles). I chose for more Oreos! For $6.25, it is a bit pricey, however, the cream puffy (which was toasted) paired well with the ice cream. The ice cream itself was also delicious and the pairing of Oreos with ube was surprisingly delicious. If we didn't live so far away, we would definitely return. Street parking is the only available option, however, it wasn't too bad because we found a stall immediately in front of the store. As it was quite drizzly on our visit, it was convenient to have the car right there.
A panda themed cafe ... yes please! I got the puffy ice cream, specifically the cinnamon toast flavor with corn flakes as my topping. If you have a sweet tooth or are in the mood for something sweeter, definitely give it a try! Our server was extremely sweet! She offered us samples, answered our many questions and even made some helpful suggestions. There are pandas left to right, so if you're a hater of cute aesthetics then don't come here.
An amazing dessert gem located in downtown White Center, it really adds to the food scene here. Funny enough they found/followed me on TikTok a couple years ago and told me to come through, so you know I had to come in to support. I've been twice now (and many more visits to come) and I ordered a variety of mini cream puffys in different flavours. Each one of them was so good I can't pick a favourite. If you want to try all the flavours, I recommend ordering either the flight or dozen. I have also ordered Vietnamese coffee from here, and it's pretty good for what it is. Of course since they aren't a specialty coffee shop, the coffee isn't their best item. But definitely good for washing down all the other desserts. Staff are also very friendly and always there to help answer any questions. Can't wait to come back again this summer!

Place: The place is quite cute, panda themed with a shelving unit of panda related items. After 2 visits we have tried cream puff flavors and custard bun. Huge props for having creative flavors! This is one of the few dessert places that successfully passed the discerning palettes of the family. Cream puffs: The favorites so far has been mango passion fruit and strawberry - White rabbit was the most neutral - Coloring was electric in most, especially the Ube one - Pandan was nicely flavored at first but a slightly off after taste - Lychee berry: Sweet but nice lychee flavor - Ube: light ube flavor, also quite sweet. Side note: If warming, don't toast this for too long or else the cream becomes lava - Panda custard bun is one that sadly fell flat, the custard was thick and congealed, with the panda decoration tasting a bit plastic like, and coming off the bun like a face mask while eating it. This small shop serves some great puffs with a variety of interesting flavors. My favorites were pandan and ube. The only downside is that the puffs are on the expensive side when compared to their size. They also serve macarons, boba, and ice cream in exotic flavors. This place is worth a try. read more

My kiddo suggested this place because my totem animal is somewhere between Dorothy Zbornak and a Panda. That being said, THIS PLACE IS SO FLIPPIN CUTE! Macarons, mini macarons, cream puffs, ice cream, boba drinks, coffe drinks, custards...there is so much good stuff! AND THE PACKAGING! SOOOOO CUTE!! And I know because we got a little bit of almost everything. the mini macarons are outstanding - the cream puffs are delicious, the ice cream ( I got Ube and kiddo got Cookie Monster) and I had my reservations because I am a die hard Full Tilt fan, but I was happy to see that they partnered with them. Love the local love! The shop is beyond adorable, lots of panda art for sell, hoodies (a Seattle staple) stuffies and other cute stuff. APIHM #10: My boyfriend and I left the dog park and were in the mood for boba. He said, "Do you want to go to Puffy Pandy?" and of course, I will never say no to Puffy Pandy! Like ever. He got their Taro iced blended with egg pudding and I got the peach lychee green tea with lychee jelly. Both were SO good and refreshing! We both had never tried these drinks before and now we know we will be coming back! I couldn't leave with just drink LOL. With the drink order, I also ordered an icecream puffy with ube oreo (delicious as always). But, I ended up getting back in line for some cream puffs-- I got ube, fruity pebbles, and white rabbit. They were so good that my boyfriend and I literally devoured them before our icecream puffy even came out. Haha! Lastly, the service was amazing per usual. The staff was so friendly and just ~chill~. My boyfriend said he loves the vibes in there and would definitely go there to get some work done with a drink and some cream puffs. A super cute place for drinks and dessert in White Center! I'm not usually a cream puff fan, but the Asian flavors offered this month convinced me to give it a try, and I'm glad I did. The store is small, and on weekends there can be a line out the door, but we stopped by on a weeknight when there was no wait. When you walk in, there's a display of cute enamel pins on one wall, and a few tables of mainly panda-themed gifts and trinkets. You can check out the ice cream and dessert options in the cases and order at the counter. As others have noted, this place used to be Macadons and is still owned by the same people, so you can still get their macarons here. But the main focus seems to be the pastry puffs, which you can get as cream puffs or as ice cream sandwiches. This month's flavors are pandan, mocha, ube, White Rabbit, milk tea and mango passionfruit, which all sounded amazing. And if you're indecisive like me, you can try a half-dozen set for $11! The cream puffs were all delicious, although we thought the mango passionfruit was the best. I want to come back to try their mango pudding, and the ice cream (when it's warmer out!). They also serve phin coffee drinks using Hello Em beans, which I definitely want to try. Service was fast and friendly, and the cream puffs were very well packaged for the trip home (and nicely presented enough to be a cute hostess gift or party dessert). Was so excited to try this sweet treat. Came here on a cold rainy day. Street parking is available which tends to fill up quite quickly. Many other good eats around the street. The ambience is really cute. All the panda merchandise and decoration is fun to explore. Ample of small sitting space available. I got their:- Coco pandan Latte :- It looked beautiful and tasted good as well but a tad bit bitter. Ice cream puffy:- I got it with pandan ice cream (A new found love for all things pandan, so much so that when I saw they had that flavor, without even tasting any other flavors I got Pandan) with fruity pebbles topping. I NEVER leave reviews. That all changed last night when I innocently walked into Puffy Pandy in White Center. A very unassuming little black and white shop in a rough Seattle neighborhood. I was greeted warmly when I entered and was asked eagerly if I'd been there before. I hadn't but this little shop came highly recommended for their cream puffs. I've tried A LOT of cream puffs in my day. I am a baker with my own business after all. And macarons???? Those are my jam so I was going to try them all no matter the price. Luckily I didn't have to sell a child for these as the $2 price tag per puff and bulk discounts were affordable. What I couldn't stop squealing about were the miniature macarons in a perfect little white box with a flavor identifier card tucked inside. The most adorable food I'd ever seen....for $10?! Take all my money!!!! I ordered the 6 count cream puff flight and a sampler of mini macarons (approx 20 inside) and sent them to the car with my husband. I quickly took a trip to the bathroom and was even impressed with the normally insignificant room. It too was black and white with pandas but was also incredibly clean and extremely well done. The tile work was near perfection. What a glorious bonus surprise. I digress. In the car, we were going to wait to eat our treasures until after our show at the Paramount but decided to sneak a sample in the parking garage. Well that didn't go well because we ate EVERYTHING. all at once. It was over after the first 'Trix' macaron was popped in our mouths. What?! It was like slurping a bowl of Saturday morning cereal; milk and all! We proceeded to devour the entire box like popcorn, but savoring the flavors with a bout of laughter after each one. Each and every flavor was SPOT ON!!! My person favs were the fresh tasting mango, the coconutty Pandan, the tart raspberry lemonade and the cereal-like Trix. All incredible and bold flavors. But with flavors like Fererro Rocher and Ube and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, you are bound to love them all. And don't get me started on the texture....the perfect macaron required chew!! Then we shared each cream puff like it was our last meal...having mini foodgasms after each bite. What I was most impressed with was the abundance of smooth, creamy filling inside. Bursting at the seams, each puff was a mouthful of sweet inside and crunchy topping outside. All flavors were remarkably real but again...that mango was sunshine in a bite and the Trix was outstanding. Well, needless to say, we were completely in awe after the whole experience. I would fly to Paris for these confections. It's a good and bad thing I live 45 minutes away. Just do me a favor and get in your car immediately and get over to Puffy Pandy - like right now!!! (They open at noon.) You will want to shake my hand later, I guarantee it. Heaven!!! read more

We got 2 ice cream puffs, a taro ice blend, and a panda co-tea. The total came out to around $25 after taxes, sans tip, so it's quite pricey. The puffs are delicious and the ice blend is good, but it is hard to say if it is worth $12.50 for ice cream puffs. For me, I don't find it to be worth it because puff pastries aren't my go-to desert, and it was just a scoop of ice cream and the cream puff shell. They are very aesthetic! The service was great, and the workers were very kind. The food came out fast. The inside had cozy vibes, the place seemed recently renovated, and the fixtures, walls, flooring, etc all seemed really new. The seats are the metal stool chairs without a backrest, personally I find those to be uncomfortable for an extended period of time, but that could be a factor for if you're looking for a place to sit down and work for a while. One other small detail is that the straw plastic was super annoying to actually open. Other than that, I can't fault them too much for things, I think they're a great restaurant overall and are covering a good niche in the area. read more

From service to vibe checks to merch this place is stellar!! The cream puffs are light and fluffy but have this crunchy top that just make a beautiful harmony. They're sweet but not overly sweet which is like the best compliment ever when it comes to desserts. The flavors shown top to bottom left to right are; white rabbit, Thai tea, Nutella, strawberry, ube, and lillikoi. They were all so good but my least favorite was the lillikoi bc i don't really like tart fruity desserts like that, but that's me. Side note I got a pandan boba but scarfed it before I could take a picture. The tapioca has the perfect chew and the pandan flavor was light and smooth. THERE IS BOBA / BUBBLE TEA / TAPIOCA IN WHITE CENTER! Had to put all that for SEO to catch that there's boba served here since it's starved for it. This is a rebranded Macadons store that nixed some macaron selections (still a lot of options) in favor of many Asian flavored puff pastries like ube, white rabbit (candy), and mango. You can even shove ice cream in them! Some ice cream flavors are white rabbit, coffee, Thai tea, cereal milk, and rose milk tea. Very fun! Lots more drinks. Did I mention there's boba?!? They have milk tea with non-dairy creamer and pretty high quality tea. There's also cracked out drinks like Vietnamese coffeee / ca phe sau da. Heck, you can do a dual tea + viet coffee mix if you want to really wake up your day. A lotta desserts. Multi flavored puddings, macarons, mini macarons, chocolate balls (reminds me of Ferraro roche) and tons of merch. Cute keychains, panda themed accessories like backpack, pens, and plushies. This store is so adorable but it could be because of my bias with pandas. The store focuses on lattes, boba drink, macaroons, ice cream, cream puffs, and panda merchandise. The boba drink I got was a milk tea with less sweetness. The boba chewiness was right and the tea was flavorful. The cream puffs I got were ube and pandan flavored. They were a bit small for the price. The filling in the ube was a lot lighter than the pandan but they were decent. The cream was delicious. I got a box of mini macaroons. I thought the macaroons were a lot better when they are bigger. The mini ones look cute but can get dry, crunchy, and more of a cookie texture. I liked the service that was friendly, quick, and informative. read more

Hmmmm what can I say?! I've been wanting to go here for a while now and we finally got here! Parking was not bad and we got there like 10 minutes early... at least they open on time. We got a Vietnamese coffee and it was good 4/5. The mini macarons were so cute and pretty. Perfectly colored and flavored. All flavors were on point and perfectly made. I also appreciate the card of flavors that comes with it so I don't have to guess what I'm getting. Got the half dozen cream puffs... they look bigger in pictures than in person but they were equally delicious as well. I really liked the dragon berry cream puffs and can probably eat a dozen pf the dragon berries. We will definitely come back! Just wish they didn't close Monday/Tuesday because I'm mostly in the area those days. read more

The Oreo ube was really good, I saw a Full Tilt sticker so I'm wondering if it's from that business (I didn't ask). I do love Full Tilt though! I ordered one Trix macaron and I really liked it! It felt like I was eating a bowl of cereal. The store is super cute and very Instagram-able. So many cute panda decorations. The staff was friendly and I received my order pretty quickly. What a fun, full of panda everything and so many delicious desserts and temptations. The staff was friendly and very helpful with selections on a busy rainy afternoon. It must be some pretty darn good ice cream to be busy on a cold rainy day..right?!? And the ice cream was delicious! After trying a few samples, which made the choices more difficult and confirmed returning visits. The dark purple Ube which was definitely a favorite by seeing most of it already gone (at least that container) adding on fruity pebbles to add even more color and flavors to this yummy and unique tasting ice cream (first, but not last time trying Ube) along with a different tasting ice cream, it doesn't come on the usual cone, but sandwich between a split cream puff roll, both unique and tasty. Definitely satisfying any ice cream craving. I also picked out a half dozen of their tasty macarons, all very flavorful with unique flavors, one of them being the Ube. I believe they're gluten free as well. A lot of interesting panda themed pictures throughout, decorated with bamboo leaves as well. Fun, friendly, and delicious. I really appreciate the love and artistic values put into these goodies here at Puffy Pandy. The store is super duper adorable with pandas everywhere, including the rest room. They have Knick knack items such as stickers, pins, phone accessories and more. They have monthly flavors I believe, for their puffs. They also have macarons in regular size or in a sampler box. Their sampler box are smaller macarons with different flavors. My favorites here are the ube and pandan puffys along with the coco pandan latte. I don't mix my coffee. You get the taste of pandan followed by sweet coffee. Perfect combo. My reasoning for a 4 star is due to availability in flavors and staff is a bit slow at the counter. Drink orders get heavy and one person is at the counter taking orders, grabbing pastries, and ringing people up. First time they were out of the ube pudding. Second time I went they were out of the pandan puffys. I was a bit sad about not having the flavors I wanted. I know there is room for improvement and hope they will find their rhythm to keep business going strong. read more

This place is so good. I love the ube and mango cup things they have. Also their macarons are the best. I love how the sweetness for all the desserts I've tried here so far because it's balanced. It's not overly rich or sweet where you can only take a bite of it. Lol you will end up eating several of puffy panda dessert because it's so good. I used to live closer but moved an hour and a half away from this place. However, it's one of my favorite dessert places so I ended up ordering some for my baby announcement party. Well worth the drive. Everyone ate all of the desserts so fast I didn't even get a chance to eat one. So that means I will be stopping by there again to satisfy my cravings. If you are in the area, definitely check it out. It's worth it. read more
