Definitely unique and I enjoyed they let you sample before you choose. I chose the popular Ube Coconut which was tasty. Long lines but the staff were efficient and kind. Only con was we saw the Salish tours going on and the worker preparing their glass jarred samples wiped the jars with her apron to clean them when she should be using a clean towel not the bottom of her apron?.... The price was also pretty high for a 12 oz latte. The customer service was disappointing. The young woman who helped me came across as rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. That's especially unfortunate for a business located in the middle of a major tourist area. As for the drink, I'm not sure how a hot latte ends up being served cold, but it definitely shouldn't happen. I also sampled the tiramisu gelato, which was overly sweet and didn't taste very authentic. Overall, I regret spending the time, money, and calories here. There are too many great coffee shops in Seattle to settle for an experience like this.
