Best Frozen Yogurt ever. Friendly cashier and inside are clean and organize and nice location.

Very nice whimsical decor based on the ocean beach theme. There is a cool "chill space" in the back with a couch and a lifeguard chair and even a little table for the kids. There is also free wifi and a happy hour where the frozen yogurt is 30% off. The business apparently donates to community sports teams and events as evidenced by the wall of team photos. Kudos to the owner who clearly is part of the Burian community. "When is he going to talk about the frozen yogurt?" I knew you would ask. Well, to be honest, it's not the best froyo I've ever had. In fact it's pretty mediocre but is par for this type of self serve place and frankly it os the only game in town for froyo. . They do have many many great toppings including a lot of fruit, bobas, and hot sauces to add to your chosen flavors, so really I think it can be a fun experience. So perhaps, this is the best that this kind of place can be. The owner cares about and invests in the community. The place has a fun decor and can be a fun experience. And for those reasons, I am awarding 5 stars. If you enjoyed my review, please say so by clicking the useful, funny or cool icon, or even better, follow Tony B and never miss one of my epic reviews. Excelsior.

An awesome little froyo place that I wish I knew exactly where it was earlier. I mean, I knew it was around but not that it was right next to pcc and trailer Joe's! Anyway, came here after dinner one night as Yetti yogurt is now gone and I was not disappointed. I love that you can look up their flavors online so we already knew there were flavors we were interested in and it wasnt just two nondairy options. No! They have 5 at the time I went in! 5! And their weren't all sorbets their! I also love that they showcase their vegan and gluten free stuff. It made it so easy to find toppings. I can see this being a more regular visit in summer time!

These chocolate dipped waffles are killing me! So cool!!

After lunch, we went to White Cap Frozen Yogurt. We had toasted coconut, chocolate and mango. Everything was tasty. Speedy checkout.

They have tubs of ice cream, so you can get a cone (regular, sugar, or waffle) with one to three scoops and toppings. They have sundaes and banana splits. You can also order an ice cream cake. I asked for a cup with two scoops of ice cream. They had Spumoni (the kind of ice cream from The Spaghetti Factory), which I was pretty excited about. They also had "Canadian Vanilla", which I've never heard of! The next time I go here I would like to try the Snowflake bowl (their signature dish) or maybe a Bubble Tea. The lady who helped us was really nice and they are open for take out during COVID-19.

I'm not 100% sure but nothing jumped out at us while we looked at the selections. I settled on the huckleberry blackberry and gf got the chocolate mousse. I had stopped by the Burien site back in 2023, but was glad to finally stop in on 3/22/25. Easy peasy parking lot, some onsite seating to indulge in your ice cream and/or cookie treats. The pastry case is an awesome sight and well stocked! There's also an adjacent production area to the retail counter. Pleasant, welcoming counter person who nicely packaged my half dozen, two each of birthday, peanut butter chocolate, brown butter chocolate chip, and my long time accrued freebie, I selected lemon. I wanted to like this place because it's in a warm and welcoming part of Olde Burien, right across the street from Stevie's Famous Pizza. I got the Iris which was described as a vegan strawberry shortcake. I wanted to try their vegan cookie because I cannot digest milk protein well. The cookie barely tasted of strawberries which was very disappointing, but strangely tasted like there were nuts inside even though no nuts were mentioned in the description. It was way too sweet and not baked enough in the middle. I only ate one third of the cookie before I called it quits. My hubs got the Celeste which was an orange mango dark chocolate cookie. He also found it to be too sweet, not balanced between the three flavors, and not quite baked enough in the center. If you like to eat raw cookie dough or prefer your cookies just baked past the raw stage, you might like Treat, but for us, this place is a hard pass.

The place is mostly take out but they have a few seatings. It's not super quiet but also not loud or feel rushed or chaotic or anything. I got a couple of cookies and it was pretty good. I was surprised how much I like the gluten free one but could barely taste the potato chips that was in it. The Celeste was probably my favorite. The strawberry shortcake was a little one note for me. The cinnamon roll was a little disappointing to be honest. I think they forgot to caramelize the sugar because everything was just soft. It was a little too wet and dense as well. Overall, still a good place for Cookie
