I am not located in IL, which was a challenge for this move, but they assured me everything was going to be, ok, and sure enough it was even better than ok. They didn't stop for breaks or meals at any point other than when we bought them dinner and made them! They quoted us a price and a timeframe that were met exactly - there were no surprises. They were beasts in the best possible way. At one point Stefan called me over to the stairs and he was laying flat underneath a couch of holding it up with his team just waiting patiently to ask me a question. Along that, both leading up and during the actual move Stefan was incredibly communicative. This is a very safe, orderly, well-run storage facility. The units, hallways, and elevators are spotless. I never had a concern about the temperature or humidity inside the building. I appreciated that there was surveillance in all the hallways, given that it is a very large and cavernous place. In the end, the human element is what makes this facility stand out. I dealt mainly with Mario, and he is super-conscientious and pro-actively gave me every bit of information I needed to use this facility confidently, rent an additional unit, and vacate my spaces economically. I highly recommend this outfit if you live on the north side and looking for storage. To my mind, it's a near perfect arrangement for a reasonable price.

I've moved my kids multiple times with shady movers (I have stories!) and this was a walk in the park. First of all , my quote was done over the phone through FaceTime. Steve knew exactly what he was doing and asked all the pertinent questions. His quote was fair and extremely accurate. Before the scheduled move we were able to move quite a few small boxes and items ourselves as we had access to the new home. Steve was happy to adjust the quote (through FaceTime again) and it was astonishingly accurate. The crew was fantastic! Adan was the crew leader and all the men were very proficient in packing, moving and communicating with us throughout the day. They were all friendly and very accommodating to how we wanted things placed in the new home.
