I was unaware of this until I called about a different discrepancy to address. I found out that the facility had a new manager Ms. Shequita and upon explaining to her the situation, she was the one that informed me of the correct policy. Ms. Shequita Is the Saving grace of this facility. She is the reason this is a 5 review and not 3. Pros for the facility: super clean, gated, has surveillance & well maintained. Cons for the facility: I need access to my unit 24/7 since it is over 2 hours from where I am. Even though you have your own gate code to gain access, I only found out that you can't get in 24/7 when I drove over night to grab some items and the gate wouldn't open. So there are limited hours for access. I have never experienced that before with any other storage facility & I specifically asked the previous manager about access. So yea, Ms. Shequita is a 5 manager & she needs a raise.

The facility is extremely clean. It smells nice. They have security in the evenings so feel comfortable coming at night. And the place in climate controlled. When we arrived she had just finished cleaning and treating the unit to be rented. When they arrived, I was still doing some last minute things but they got right to work after I showed them what was staying and going. They worked so quickly and were essentially non-stop! They were faster than the estimated move time which has truly NEVER happened across nearly a half dozen moves that I've made. They answered my questions and helped come up with solutions for the things that I was unsure about how to pack or transport. Dwayne seriously took my stress level down a few notches which was such a relief! They were professional and friendly. I was moving from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom townhouse so I wasn't sure where everything would go in the new place.
