I genuinely expected to move in and never see an employee which has been my experience at all other facilities to date. I could not have been more surprised. When I arrived Joe C was waiting in the office with a smile. He welcomed me and helped me get checked into my unit. We walked through my individual needs and he catered my experience accordingly. Working with Joe throughout the process thus far has been an absolute delight. He is professional, kind and treats you like a guest in his home. The facility itself if beyond expectations. People leave trash around the facility and there is no one around at night to monitor the activities. When I have a problem, no one is around to assist. This whole situation is a money grab and I wish I had chose somewhere else to store. But when you're late on your payment, you definitely will get a call. Find another place to store your stuff.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I know. Once you get in, it becomes a money grab for them. They go up on the rent for the units every few months. And its not a small amount. It goes up $30+ every time. You can go from paying $85 to almost $200 within a year to year and a half. I would suggest going to one of the smaller companies if you're unsure of how long you will be in there.

Savion supplied boxes and tape needed for my own packing and Temo and his team Avery, Larry, Darrel and Junior took care of fragile mirrors, paintings and tvs and loaded the trucks like Tetris! They did and amazing job, and I had no damages!! The team in NC headed by Anthony took extreme care of emptying the trucks and put everything where I asked them to. *I do not remember the names of the 2 teams headed by Anthony, I am sorry about that, but you were all wonderful! I can rent month to month for a reasonable price without having to sign a long term lease. I can add a unit when I get larger shipments and close it with short notice once those items are sold. Shipping to this location is the most secure setup I've ever had, with gated access and coded door entry. With a dock high dock and drive up dock, It's perfect for shipping/receiving pallets and loading/unloading smaller items. One of my units has power, which is another big plus, and the price per month for power is extremely reasonable because this facility has solar power. Too bad you can only give this place 5 stars!
