    Hallway light has been broken for weeks and I can't see into my storage space. This after my rent went up an additional 25/month.

From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. What could have easily been a long, exhausting day turned into one of the smoothest moves I've ever had. They were respectful, friendly, hardworking, and worked incredibly well as a team. As a busy nurse who's juggling work, grad school, and life, I truly appreciated how seamless they made this process. Their professionalism and work ethic did not go unnoticed. If you're looking for movers who will show up, get the job done right, and exceed your expectations, ask for Omar, Eswin, and Jose. They were phenomenal, and I would absolutely use them again. Thank you guys for helping make my move into my new place so much easier!

Wouldn't recommend them still. Review not changed. 7/20: No reimbursement in full or any additional communication from this company and it's been almost 2 months. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. If there's truly a reimbursement in full for the brand new dresser and trench I will update this review again. If not, I'll update this with the communications from your staff.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience with All My Sons Moving and feel as though we were…read moretaken advantage of. When booking, we were led to believe our move would cost around $1,500. Instead, our final bill was over $3,300--more than double what we anticipated. One of the main reasons we chose this company was because we were promised a 20% military discount. We actually canceled with another moving company based on that representation. When it came time to pay, I specifically asked where the military discount had been applied because I could not identify it on the invoice. The gentleman I spoke with was unable to explain where or how the discount had been applied, and after getting the runaround, I was told to review the invoice and let them know if I had any questions. After reviewing the invoice, all I could identify was the company's standard rate, and I still could not determine where the promised discount had been applied. The movers arrived at 10:00 a.m., but the fourth mover did not arrive until after 11:00 a.m. Despite that, we were billed as if four movers were present for the entire move. I do not believe customers should be charged for labor that was not provided. Additionally, while the crew lead was very nice and respectful, he appeared to spend much of the day outside listening to music and socializing while the rest of the crew completed the move. If we are paying for a crew of four movers, I would expect four movers actively working on the move, not two or three while one crew member spends a significant amount of time off the job. When I paid, I was specifically told that if the crew finished earlier than estimated, any unused time would be credited back and that billing adjustments were calculated in 15-minute increments. The crew finished approximately 30 minutes earlier than the time we were ultimately billed through, yet no adjustment was made. What has been even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication afterward. Our move took place on June 13, and the final invoice was sent at 7:45 p.m. that same evening. I emailed with concerns regarding the billing on June 15 and followed up again on June 17. As of June 29, I still have not received any response. Mistakes can happen, but ignoring a customer's legitimate billing concerns for over two weeks is unacceptable. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency, unexpected costs, billing discrepancies, and complete lack of follow-up have left me feeling highly disappointed and taken advantage of. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

When the guys showed up they got straight to it, wasting no time. I had some specialty items that required a bit of extra care and they handled my things like they were their own. Communication was great, I felt they followed directions very well, making it very easy for me to tend to the many things that moving day requires. I didn't have to lift a finger!! Not only were they quick, organized and friendly to deal with, but allll my furniture arrived safe with out a scratch dent or spot! Suuper impressed! Will never need help from friends and family again, this is the way to move!

They took great care to handle fragile items like glass globes, canvas paintings, and crystal vases. Could not have asked for a more diligent crew who carefully packed every item. When I asked the day before the move if they would be willing to separate out a few items and make a stop at my storage unit along the way to offload those items, Anthony's response was "of course, happy to". Well I certainly hope to stay in my current home for a while, I will certainly call Anthony when it is time to move again. Highly recommend them.
