I had a great experience moving out of a unit here that I took over for business purposes and…read moreneeded to move closer to my home. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and even went out of their way to find me a cart (on two different occasions). The move out process couldn't have been easier, and the parking/gate entry process was very simple as well. They also have a user-friendly app for reviewing your account, updating/making payments and this is also where you can find your personalized gate code. All in all, I highly recommend this CubeSmart location for any storage needs in the Dunwoody area.

Buyer Beware! If I…read morecould give less than one star I would. I've been renting public storage units for years and have never encountered a more predatory company. I've been with nearly every other company and have never had the same level of problems. They have very vague collections practices in hopes that you forget your belongings so they can auction and collect insurance. When you call to make a payment they block your account on both the phone and website so that additional late fees accrue. After a certain date you must pay in person which is even further predatory because if you cannot come in they will insist and REFUSE payment also all payments must be in full so if you do not pay again... you're at risk of losing your belongings. I understand how public storage works but this is the first time in my entire life that I've been hit with a Lein and risk of losing my belongings for being 31 days late. After voicing my frustrations with a manager she encouraged me to not pay until the auction which again is predatory in them hoping I lose my valuables I am contacting a lawyer because there are terms in my contract and my history with this company that prove their tactics to be predatory .

So this is my first month I got a promotion for the Fourth of July for eight dollars I moved in. I…read moreturned in the key to the Manager on site not even a month later they added $20 onto my bill because they said I was one day late and they only Credit you if you've been there for a year and the lady I spoke me in Mountain industrial I couldn't talk. She didn't rectify the situation then she told me to call the supervisor on duty. I've been calling for several days. I haven't been able to contact anyone also she threatened me with an eviction by the 15th here it is the 13th I'll cost seven times so I haven't talked to anyone about waiving the $20 late fee so I could just pay my eight dollar fee and move on about my business not to mention nobody ever told me how my key was going to be accredited that could've been a misunderstanding because I didn't know it wasn't going to be able to apply to the balance and then it will go to my car. Nobody communicated that, and nor am I able to communicate still at this time.

I cannot recommend Eddy's Movers enough. I moved from an…read moreapartment in Roswell to a house in Lilburn. The total bill was Under the estimate. And that had a lot to do with their hustle. Lester and his crew never stopped moving quickly. They quickly and completely wrapped my furniture. They were careful. There were no dings on my furniture, my house or my apartment. Lester ran the crew and he walked through with me at the beginning and the end. And he made sure his crew followed my instructions. Seriously, this is the best move I have ever done

They did a great job. We had well over 100 packed boxes, including furniture and fragile items…read more We moved from the city to Gwinnett. Cost: -They charge $150 an hour for 4 guys and a large truck. Our move from the city to Gwinnett took about 6-7 hrs. We paid about $1200 for our move. -They automatically charge 1 hour for transportation to and from their headquarters, so that will be added to the moving hours and does not include their actual drive time of your items to the new move-in location. This is pretty standard. (TIP: Make sure to avoid those places that want to know your inventory or the weight of your boxes. They pull bait and switch tactics and no one on earth knows their inventory or the weight of their items, so I specifically sought out a service with a flat hourly rate). -Overall, spending money on professional movers will be some of the best money that you will ever spend. Imagine the cost if you injure your back or the weeks of time versus hours that it will take to do this on your own or with your friends. -Make sure to budget for tipping your movers at least $20 each. These guys bust their butts more than anyone. Also, keep bottled water and snacks handy for them and make sure to bring toilet paper to the new location since they will need to use the restroom. Pros: -Our point of contact Jeff was super responsive and professional. -The guys that showed up got the job down and we tipped them all. They didn't slack off at all. -We have hardwood floors in the new place and we didn't want scratches. These guys are definite pros and they automatically wrap furniture, lay cardboard down on floors, and listen when you mark certain boxes and fragile. They knew what to do and we didn't feel the need at all to get involved in their process. -There were no broken items and not one scratch on the hardwoods or any smudges on the walls! That is impressive. Cons: -The only minor con that I observed is that the movers stopped to fill up for gas on our dime, once they were in transit with our items. Since we already paid for an hour of travel time, I expected their truck to be prefilled and ready to go before they showed up at our door. Unlike stopping for gas with a car, it takes a bit of time for truck to maneuver into a station and fill up and we paid for this time.

Jeff is very professional and thorough! He took the time to explain everything in detail to me and then went over it again when I had questions. He broke down the pricing, the driving and everything needed to make the appointment. He said I sounded pretty young based on my voice and gave me some advice about the move. It felt like I was speaking with my Dad, which is a really good thing for me! He went over the benefits of hiring them, such as performing routine background checks on all their employees, their employees are full-time - not contracted and they've been in business for 30 years. I didn't end up booking the appointment because a group of friends and family volunteered to help us move. But if I didn't have friends to help, I would totally book them today!

We have used many different companies through the past 20+ years as we moved regularly. They have been one of the best we've come across. Moving days were stressful for us but he kept us smiling. All of the employees where professional and took great care with our things and our home. All that and the price was reasonable.
