Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. We're still waiting on that promise months later. They make a lot of promises but don't follow up to fix problems. I noticed their workers were careless with items being moved. I just happened to catch them dragging our expensive mattress across the rough concrete driveway. They lost our remote for the bed. only after much prodding did they finally replace it, I would not use this company ever again!!!

We have moved many times in our 50+ yrs together, and we have NEVER seen a crew work like these guys! They are like a well oiled machine - but with loads of personality to boot! They were right on time, friendly, professional, lightning fast, yet careful both loading and unloading. It was amazing to watch them work, and we could not be happier with our decision to use this company. We would definitely use them again in the future! Highly recommend!
