I complained with no change so I stated I would vacate the unit and gave my 30 day notice. Last payment posted May 2 and notified I planned to vacate today May 10. Guess what? Since less than 30 days before next billing I was informed I would need to pay for the full month! I will remove my item before the end if this month and they still plan to charge me nearly $100! To make matters worse, this facility advertises that it is climate controlled but on most days the temps on the 4th floor are well above 80 degrees! And we aren't in peak summer yet! So stay away! Horrible customer service, AC issues on the 4th floor will ruin your stored items and crazy pricing! Classic case of short term corporate thinking... so busy ripping customers off they create enemies for life! Now I can't wait to tell everyone to stay away from Midgard!
