My review is for the Uhaul Dealership here…read more I rented a smaller uhaul truck from this location and did the after hours pickup/dropoff. It was the first time I had ever scheduled after hours so was worried how the process would go. In my request, I put in for furniture protection cloths. When I arrived, the process was easier than I thought. I dloaded the Uhaul app, and they had 5 lock boxes near the front door. Through the app, it gave me a code for the key and also a photo of where my uhaul was. Everything was all there! The drop-off process took a little longer (had to take like 8 photos) but the convenience and ease of getting/returning Uhaul was much simpler than I expected. The only complaint I have is that the small uhauls don't have a ramp and I "think" the Uhaul we had contained bed bugs. Please thoroughly clean vehicles after each use.

The property is secure and the facility is clean. Now the office is run with virtual computers set up by Reliant Mangement and customer service no longer exists. They are absolutely horrible. I would be extremely cautious in giving them any credit card or debit card information for auto payment as they are now streamlining cash from their customers by issuing you an invoice for one amount and charging your credit card a higher amount. Of course you cannot speak to any management because they are busy hiding behind their cameras and email system. I would also be aware when renting any unit as they will give you one price and then two months later substantially increase your monthly amount.

Then they wanted to charge me $11.50 for the...wait for it ..1/16th of a tank they said that it had on rental. It's an older vehicle with a very simple 1980s style fuel gage. I got the keys back, put in a gallon and drove back pretty ticked. Do NOT just drop off your rental, make them check it and give you the paperwork right then. I have no idea how much they would have charged for each speck of dust in the cab if I didn't sweep.

They advised the key had a lanyard/string around it. I was very perplexed by this because we have all keys that were issued to us and never have we had any keys with strings/lanyards around them. I went to the facility and thankfully nothing appeared missing. I called management and advised that my lock they issued must have been recycled because someone must have had a key and unlocked it. I asked if they would replace my lock with a new one. I also asked perhaps they were mistaken and it was a different storage room than mine that they found unlocked. The manager became defensive and said I was accusing her of being dishonest and that it is against their policy to recycle locks. She said she had a picture of my unit when she found it unlocked, and she knows it was mine unlocked. I asked if she could send me the picture and she said she no longer has it. I informed her that I am not accusing anyone of dishonesty, but rather that there must have been some mistake on their end- either they mistakenly identified the unlocked storage facility as mine or they mistakenly used the same lock on our unit so that a previous renter still has a key. The manager said they would not replace my lock and if I wanted to I could go buy another one and ended the call. Wow. I will be moving out of this storage facility. The mistake is on their end and instead of hearing me out, replacing the lock, they told me it was my fault and to deal with it. No thanks. I want a facility that is going to keep my stuff safe and then support me if there are issues.

Usually, I expect some kind of headache with storage, but the owners here are super easy to work with and actually get back to you fast if you need anything. The place is always clean and feels safe, which was the main thing I was looking for. It's also rare to find this kind of quality and value without the prices constantly spiking on you--they've been really fair and consistent. If you're in the area and need a spot for your stuff or a vehicle, definitely check them out. Super happy with the choice so far!

Really puts me extremely out when you have to be out of your house due to selling. Actually more than extremely put out. What a shameful horrible thing that a moving company can do to a person. I paid you 500$ to hold my spot. Why the hell wouldn't you send at least a few people to get something done. I was promised 9 people and 3 trucks in my contract. I called, emailed, texted....all I got was an email cancelling. Horrible company. Horrible. Use them at your own risk. If you need to be out of your house by a certain date, do NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
