Received my rentals today. (4) 72" tables, 33 white chairs and 4 tablecloths. All in good shape, BUT they charged me $85 to deliver and then added $15.30 fuel charge and $19.32 DMG waiver. AND tax on top of all of it. My bill was $391.54 and over $100 was extra charges. AND I only live less than 10 miles from the company. I call that gauging. read more

Out of the several vendors I used for my 05/25/2019 wedding this is the only one that actually caused me stress and led me to a negative review. Their employee Katie is extremely rude and literally made up her own company policy when I called to cancel 4 days before the tent rental. She couldn't believe I wanted to cancel the tent and was extremely rude saying that "everyone" has been working so hard at getting my tent and I couldn't cancel it now. I calmly and politely told her that the reason I even chose them was because of their great cancellation policy (they keep only the 30% down payment price as long as I cancel 48 hours prior to the rental date). She then made up the policy that they would charge me over 50% of the entire rental fee. While on the call I looked at the contract THEY sent me and it literally said 30%. After several minutes of arguing with her and then being transferred I somehow was able to get them to honor the contract. Mind you, this was the SECOND time in the entire rental process they tried to upcharge me. Beware of what they call "business hours" as it can include Saturday morning but not Saturday evening so that the tent breakdown is an additional hidden fee because they won't tell you until after you've paid the deposit and then they'll send you a new invoice! Overall, the most unprofessional company I had to deal with in my wedding planning process. read more

I rented a truck from this location a while back and was shocked by several of the events that followed. For starters, their online prices were much cheaper than renting directly, which wouldn't have been a problem, except that the quoted price was about $35 dollars extra on top of the higher price for "miscellaneous fees." They explained their policies and I got in the truck and simply turned it on (didn't even leave the lot)... service engine light came on.... so I walked right back in and told them about it. The guy looked at me like "what did you do to it????" I simply turned it on, you gave me a defective truck. So they recommended I contact Penske directly and Penske was amazing and explained the next steps rather than pass the buck like Suburban Rental did. So I used the truck, filled it up completely just outside the place and parked and took pictures of everything including the gas gauge. Dropped the keys in the box and went on my way. Get a call the next day and the guy said everything looked fine except that I parked it at 7/8 of a tank. My brother and I knew this was a scam. They charge 8 dollars a gallon to fill up missing gas.... 8 DOLLARS A GALLON. I said no I didn't and I have the pictures to prove it. The guy on the phone sounded shocked. He then said to wait.... comes back a minute or two later and says his driver put in 4 gallons (an extra 32 dollar charge, also physically impossible), but he so magnanimously said he would forgo the charge "THIS TIME"..... Incredible. Between shirking responsibility, renting broken trucks, and trying to gouge people after the fact, I have never been more disgusted by such a dishonest rental place. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED!!! Beware!! read more

Katie (who answers the phones) is incredibly rude; she seems quite bothered to have to deal w/ any of your questions. SR arrives at the set up location, sets up and leaves. We are missing a generator and none of the inflatables are working. From start to finish, working with SR was a nightmare. read more

We rented the pirate ship bouncy house, 3 long little kid tables and about 30 chairs. They were all in good shape, dropped off and picked up on time and it was great we had it all for 3 days! I went with this company because I needed an ALL solid gold flatware and when I have asked the representative if the gold fiori knife looks identical to the website's picture and if the knife is solid top to bottom gold -she said YES. Ordered 300 "gold fiori GP" knifes and got knifes that look nothing as in the pic. Got knifes that were Half gold , half stainless steel. Ruined my entire wedding decor for the tables. Spoke with Tim (manager ) and he says "we gave you exactly as on the picture, our picture of the knife might not look as it's half stainless steel half gold but it just might be the reflection of the flash on the picture". What a great customer service. My husband is partially colorblind yet even he can see that it's an ALL solid gold knife on the website's picture, so will anyone. They refused to refund, were rude on the phone and didn't even apologize for misleading a customer and ruining our wedding. If you do not want your event ruined-DO NOT rent from this company.
