Denise is great! She is always so helpful, professional and efficient in getting me through the rental process and getting me nto a unit that best fits my needs. Denise is also caring and nice which means she'll work with you if you are running late for an appointment, and she always keeps this location very clean and tidy. This is unusual and she is why I drive past other storage facilities to rent from Public Storage at her Canton location. The staff here seems genuinely interested in its clients which I totally appreciate. They have been friendly each time I've been by. The rates are on par for what else is in the area, and the climate control is an option that I needed to have. They even did a follow up call to make sure I was happy with my unit and to ask if i needed anything else. That is service! This location is clean and has security. My only suggestion would be to have a few more carts. When it is busy you don't want customers to gave to wait too long. Highly recommended. read more

This apartment sucks but it keeps my Justin Bieber souvenir collection out of the rain.

The staff is very kind and helpful. However, lobby door has been broken and is wide open for anyone to enter 24/7 for over a week. The building is not secure after hours. They are waiting on a part to fix it leaving my belongings at an increased risk for theft which the general manager seems to think is not a big deal. ETA: The door was broken and wide open for over two weeks before repaired. read more

In July I contacted Public Storage about renting a 10 x 10 storage unit. I was informed I must complete the process on-line. I went on-line and created my account, rented my unit and was ready to start moving my belongings into storage. The next day I get a call from the manager and was told they rented my unit to someone else. But they have a 10x20 unit I could have at the same price. I thought; sounds great, I appreciated their recognizing their mistake and fixing the situation. Since I have an artificial hip and a bad shoulder, I had to hire two people to move my belongings into the storage unit. Everything seemed fine for 5 months. Fast forward 5 months; I get a notice that Public Storage is giving me a 36% rate increase. They did not even wait a full year, after 6 months they hit me with a 36% increase. When i called the corporate number, the first thing the lady on the phone said was that according to section 2 point something or another they can give a rate increase anytime they want to! Obviously this BAIT & SWITCH tactic is a core part of their business model as the person on the phone has the verbiage and location of the price increase in the contract memorized. They offered to find a smaller unit at a lesser price for me, but that means I have to once again hire people to move my belongings from one unit to another. If I was aware I would be nailed with a 36% rate increase after 6 months I would never have accepted the larger unit. read more

They are very nice and helpful. The place is very clean and safe. We are in the midst of down sizing to a smaller unit, prices went way up, and they charged me an another admin fee when I am already in the system. Dont think that this right. I asked to have it waived and did not hear back. read more

Apparently this storage facility will take reservations for a particular unit and even call you 4 times to confirm the reservation only to tell you they do not have the unit available when you get there on moving day. I rented a ground floor unit but ended having to accept a 3rd floor unit at the back of the building when I got there to sign the lease. They only have 1 entrance and 2 elevators to service the entire building. If you are only storing a couple items it may be acceptable however I was storing an entire house full of furniture and it was an absolute nightmare. There were multiple vehicles lined up out front to unload and then you all have to fight for an elevator. If you are storing a lot of stuff I highly recommend you find another place. read more

Tammy and Jo are amazing!!!! They actually care that the customers have what works best for them. The facility is always neat and clean!!!! They even check up on you and make sure you are doing ok and the space is still working out. They are always friendly and helpful when you go to your unit as well. Great place to visit and store my belongings. Tammy was the property manager and always knew the answer or solution to any problem I had. The property is always clean even on busy move in or out days. She always has a smile and is very happy.
