I have to replace everything now all my furniture everything clothing bedding and then they just gave me a 15% up charge for the new year. I think they're the ones who should be paying me for what they did. I paid for the insurance and they won't pay me for it And the owner is just a coward won't even reach out to me. And of course I gave them a good review when I showed up the first time when moving in to the storage unit three months later when the manager quit and left everything open and all the bugs came in yeah that's when I had a problem and it destroyed everything I owned! They have no respect for their customers and the owner had the audacity to say I gave them a five star when I first got there of course I gave him a five star because he gave us the first month for free and then the manager quit and left the doors open and turned off the air conditioner in the heat and left everything open And damaged all my property read more

One of the nicest and friendliest storage facilities I have used. Thanks to Angela McCoy (General Manager,) she makes you feel welcomed when you walk in the door. She is always helpful and available when there is a question or issue. And the facility is well taken care of. Better than other chains that no longer have a person assigned to manage the site. Other storage companies are no longer having a 'person' on site, and they have gone downhill fast. We are very glad CubeSmart has Ms Angela. She has been right on top of things. And when I had my hands literally full, she immediately rushed to my aid. You don't see that kind of customer service anywhere anymore. The place looks like a decent storage spot and a it is close to where I live, but the price on a 5x5 was a bit expensive. I went ahead and reserved the 5x5 for $60/month because the phone reservation agent said they have a "lowest price guarantee" and as stated on their website, "we will beat the competitor's price by 10% of the difference. Nobody beats our prices. GUARANTEED.*" I decided to try to take them up on the guarantee, and proceeded to find a climate-controlled unit for $29/month at Medlock Storage, less than one mile from CubeSmart. I then went over to CubeSmart with that pricing information, but they would have no part of it, the agent told me to take the great deal I have at Medlock Storage. I was able to get a storage unit very quickly and at a good rate! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had originally made the reservation under my name, but because I wasn't able to make it to the office before they closed Angela worked directly with my mom until I arrived.
