When we arrived she had just finished cleaning and treating the unit to be rented. We started the paperwork, she explained everything and later delivered an envelope to me knowing that we were on a time schedule. She is always helpful and available when there is a question or issue. And the facility is well taken care of. Better than other chains that no longer have a person assigned to manage the site. Other storage companies are no longer having a 'person' on site, and they have gone downhill fast. We are very glad CubeSmart has Ms Angela. She has been right on top of things. And when I had my hands literally full, she immediately rushed to my aid. You don't see that kind of customer service anywhere anymore. Dwayne seriously took my stress level down a few notches which was such a relief! They were professional and friendly. I was moving from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom townhouse so I wasn't sure where everything would go in the new place. By the time they left my house already felt like a home (with a little help from my brother-in-law who set up WiFi, mounted the TV and put things on my bookshelf) but the furniture arrangements were spot on and they even organized where I'm storing a bunch of holiday and travel stuff. My new rate almost doubled and there was no information at the time I signed up that ratesc would change withina fewmonths. I expected to see a hike at the end of my first year, but not this bait and switch tactic. I read over my lease and found the little clause in fine print. "Customer's Rental Terms May Change with 30 Days' Notice. Customer acknowledges this Lease is month to month and that Operator may change or increase Customer's Monthly Rental Charge, fees and charges, due to changes in market conditions or for any other reason at any time upon 30 days' notice to Customer. " Who does that? And who would make a rental not knowing what your next bill will be month to month. They got me because I did not read the fine print. It was never advertised as being a promotional that would change before the year was out and they know exactly how to manipulate the agreement. I won't be staying, I just needed a little space for some odds and ends. I can put my stuff in my sons storage.

Arthur, head driver is an expert in fitting the 16 ft container in just about any place, with care and gentle hand. Upon my latest move to relocate out of state and no franchise to where I am moving, Units GM Jason and Office Admin. Phyllis were terrific in coordinating having another competitor's container dropped at their Units location in Austell. Though I had other movers help me transfer my contents they didn't complete the job fully and I let them go after 3 hrs. To my rescue were GM, Jason and Head Driver Arthur, they went over and above to reload the front portion of my container, sweating in the heat, and not giving up. Additionally, as some chairs could not make it in, Arthur said he would build a crate for them and find the best freight options for me to get them to my final destination and I will pay COD. Additionally, I had extra boxes and the like to trash, and they moved the dumpster to my area and helped me again to load it up. They went way beyond my expectations! Units mobile storage containers are far superior to its competition, giving true interior dimensions for optimum packing space. The crew in Atlanta, delivered each time and my only regret that there is no option for where I will moving to in the North East. I highly recommend Units Mobile Storage!
