I started out paying $149.00 a month with insurance and within a year my bill elevated to $183.00. an extra $408 a year is a HUGH rate increase and I feel totally unfair when your only choice is to leave and transfer all your things to a different storage facility. Where this place shines, however, is in the customer service. We've gone here three times now and ended up working with Sade each time. She's great. She seems to have infinite patience, is always super kind, and knows every detail of the services offered by her location. And really, that's all you can ask in a storage place. The units themselves are clean and mostly well-maintained, however some do have sticky doors. One unit had a broken light, however maintenance issues are addressed quickly. The entire property is also kept very clean. I'm deducting a star for two reasons: first (and this may simply be the nature of the industry), there is absolutely no consistency in unoccupied unit pricing from one month to the next. What comes up as $100/mo one month may be $190/mo the next month. Half a star off for a lack of predictability. The other half comes off for one simple reason: EXTREMELY limited parking at the front office. There are few spaces, and the ones that are there are quite tight.
