Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. Received a text from Alonzo to confirm exact address and times, as well as details of the help I needed. Got a confirmation from Uhaul and the fee cleared on my credit card. On my moving day, I received no word from Alonzo or anyone else regarding the exact time the helpers would arrive. I called the phone number several times, texted and left a voicemail. I picked up my Uhaul truck and started loading while waiting on other moving help to arrive. TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATER, two men showed up from this company and said, "Sorry, we're a little late." Their excuse was that things had been busy that morning and they were sorry for the inconvenience. I told them I had called several times, and that I had other help on the way, and they left. I cannot believe how unprofessional this company was. I ended up having to push my whole moving day back, costing me more for the Uhaul rental and disrupting the plans for returning my keys to the apartment complex. I was able to get a refund for the services through Uhaul, but I absolutely caution against using this company.
