This is a kiosk location, so if you haven't used storage facilities before at all, make sure to arrive when there's an attendant on duty. But if you're seasoned in renting storage units, this place is pretty awesome. We're glad to be here!

Absolutely horrible! I rented a unit and when I got there on my 'move-in' day, my gate code didn't…read morework. Tried it multiple times, but the gate keypad was telling me the number wasn't registered. I tried the kiosk in the office, but the kiosk wasn't working at all. The 'call' button on it was unresponsive. I tried calling the number from the mobile app, but it immediately told me "No routes found" and hung up, like it was an invalid number. Left and went home, got online and looked up another number for them. Called it, and when prompted, I selected the option to "Talk to property manager". It again, immediately went "No routes found" and hung up. I then tried the chat feature on their website. When I told it my gate code wasn't working, the oh-so-helpful script they have running tried telling me how to find the gate code. I already know what the gate code is, and it just isn't working. It's pretty obvious that, despite me PAYING for the storage unit, they never actually activated the gate code in their system. I selected the option in the chat to talk to an agent, this is at 4:30pm Eastern on a Saturday mind you, and their chat responded that Agents are only available from 5am - 6pm Pacific. 4:30pm Eastern = 1:30pm Pacific. Edit: I finally got a hold of an agent on Monday, and he was absolutely terrible! I explained what happened to him, and how I tried the phone number and the chat support, and they weren't working, and he basically called me a liar and said that, since I didn't contact them the day it happened, they wouldn't refund me. Absolutely inexcusable customer service! I will adjust my review slightly, because one of my complaints was noticed by a Public Storage district manager who reached out to me to apologize and offer a full refund. I do appreciate her making the effort to make things right, but they do need to have some serious re-training of their customer service. If you get in a chat with "Jimmy" Jiro G., you may as well just end the chat and retry and hope you get a better rep next time.

Drove several hours (by Uber) to this location because they were the only ones with a 20 foot U-Haul truck. I arrived after hours and upon doing the mobile check in they forgot to put the keys in the lock box. My reservation # 81501337 on 5/13. U-Haul had to switch me to a smaller 10 foot truck that was on site with a different lock box code. This was already a bummer because I needed the 20ft not 10. To top it off upon trying to leave the gate wouldn't open, had to call Paulding Sherffis office to let me out. This was before 8 PM, clearly the gate should work until 10pm. Take your business elsewhere if you value your time.

Some how a misunderstanding came about and at the last minute (I do mean last) and she was able to fit me onto her site whew ! When we arrived she had just finished cleaning and treating the unit to be rented. We started the paperwork, she explained everything and later delivered an envelope to me knowing that we were on a time schedule. If you need a storage unit call about availability Ark fills up pretty quickly and the "special rates" are "good for six months only."

Location and price are important but being able to access my unit at anytime and still feel safe is huge for us! They also brought wrapping plastic and heavy-duty tape with them. If you need moving blankets, they also sell them. For the price that I paid, it was so worth it. They only charge $25 for a trip fee and $95 per hour. I hired them to move my things to a POD. Overall, they were a lot cheaper than hiring a name brand mover (they were 2-3x the price of what these kids are asking for). All in all, I could not be happier with my experience. All these years Ive been yelping, I have to say this was my most pleasant experience working with anyone.
