I haven't been able to contact anyone also she threatened me with an eviction by the 15th here it is the 13th I'll cost seven times so I haven't talked to anyone about waiving the $20 late fee so I could just pay my eight dollar fee and move on about my business not to mention nobody ever told me how my key was going to be accredited that could've been a misunderstanding because I didn't know it wasn't going to be able to apply to the balance and then it will go to my car. Nobody communicated that, and nor am I able to communicate still at this time.

Despite being told by staff that a system-generated overcharge for December would be waived, the issue was never resolved. Public Storage ceased all electronic communication--failing to send the usual payment reminders or receipts--which gave the false impression that my account was closed and settled. Today, Feb 3, 2026, I was notified that I have been turned over to collections (Cedars Business Services) for a debt I was told didn't exist. This is predatory billing and a complete failure of customer service.
