    I HATE this place! We had a unit on Roswell Rd. and moved here a month ago. The other Public Storage location kept the flatbeds in the lobby and the only time you had to put in a code was after the office closed. At this location you have to put a code in to get into the loading lobby, then you have to put a code into the elevator to get to any floor other than the bottom floor. The worst of all is that you have to show the office you're driver's license to get a flatbed. I was just there, a Sunday, during business hours, and NO ONE IS THERE. I had to carry 2-3 flatbeds worth of stuff by hand. This place is a pain in the ass. And if the company replies that I don't have an account it's because the account is under the non-profit's name I volunteer for.

    Easy and convenient, I just wish all storage units were only $1 the first month, that's the only bummer.

    I have been with Cubesmart since my mother passedaway in 2019. I had to hurry and move her…read morebelongings into a unit when she died. Since then, we have had several major expenses come up which has resulted in us having to pay late. They charge a huge late fee (around $50) which we have paid. My complaint is the insanely high late fees and their lack of willingness to even consider waiving a single fee. They've made roughly $3000 in late fees off of my hardships. Even worse, without warning, I will receive a bill periodically with a new increase. Last month, my bill was $344 and I logged in today to pay and it is now $399. I don't know how a company can not only increase rates without any notice but they have no compassion for anyone who is struggling. Their late fee is 20% of the bills total which is way above industry standard. Lastly, when I moved into the unit, I was told there was a 10 day late fee grace period. This is not true as my bill is due on the 3rd and the fee was already assessed on the unit today (11th) They make up rules as they go, add new charges when they see fit, and lack compassion regarding their clients hardships causing them to continue a viscious cycle of late payments since they can never catch up with all of the fees and increases. ​

Due to the changes in the mortgage / real estate industry, it has left me needing to get a storage space. So I have been there for over a year now. This manager from day 1 showed compassion and understanding. He has proven to be a very professional, attentive and fair representative of the company. When I leave a voice mail, he returns the call usually the same day. I just want to say Thank you Eric - you go above and beyond for your customers!

    They have a very sneaky policy called " pro rate in and NOT out" meaning that you will pay for the…read moredays used when you start your service after the 1st, so if you started the 5th, you will pay only for the remaining days of the month used ( 30 or 31 minus 5). But, if you move out before the end of the month, the very nice ladies from customer service will call you to appreciate your business and let you know that they will rent your unit to someone else. I asked if I would get any money back for what I pay for in advance ( pro rate out) and I was told that the policy clearly states that NO pro rate out. Also, I was told that it was mentioned to me about that policy before I signed off which I don't remember if someone have had mentioned it to me. Management tries to make as much money as possible by keeping the pro rated money already paid and on top of that, they are trying to make more money by renting my unit to someone else. Very unprofessional and disgusting way of doing business.
