    I've had a storage unit in this location for a little over one year and I've seen a slow decline from the very beginning. Let's start with the points of entry. There are two ways to enter this building & a funny story on how to exit. The front entrance is relatively easy. Don't let the big garage doors fool you, they have been broken for months, and some of them don't work. You'll need to bring your items up the ramp. It's an awkward angle to load product inside, so I would suggest using the back entrance. The rear entrance is a car ride to the reverse of the building where you enter your code and a large metal gate opens. Please note to the right of the gate the gaping hole in the fence, this topic will arrive later in the review. In order to access your unit on the bottom floor, you need to enter the same code to gain entry. In order to enter the second floor, you must enter your code again for the elevator. Please note these sliding glass doors can be pushed open manually and THIS is where the robberies from the previous reviews are (could be) occurring. The gaping hole in the fence and the {open}, broken doors are allowing anyone with a pursuit to steal ~ an open door. LITERALLY. One evening I was leaving the rear parking lot at 11pm and the gate code would not function. It said access denied. I called corporate and they were zero help. There is no emergency code to grant exit. They advised me to call 911 and express it was a non-emergency. I had to leave my vehicle and return the next day. Don't stay past close like me. I was inside working on organizing my unit. Everything is always out of order at this location. The elevator is often broken, entrances are either closed or broken and it is only getting worse. The interior of the storage unit is pretty clean, so no red flags would go up if you were sourcing a new location to store your belongings. I use my storage unit for work purposes and the items inside have no value. I would never store any product of value at this location. Someone could easily see you loading items into your unit and return to steal it later. Again, this is not the location to store items of value. The staff for the most part is very friendly. I've had no challenges with the staff. They are pretty transparent with the challenges of this location. I've shared some feedback and they listened. Listened is they key word, I honestly don't think they have any control of how the genzeral manager or corporate runs this location. It's a shady location and they clock in & clock out ~ no more, no less. Also, be prepared to receive a price hike after you sign your contract. I was paying under $100.00 & now pay $120.00.     Didn't know if at lunch around Noon so I tried again at a later time and then left a VM. Day before move in after getting text

    I purchased a 5' x 10' unit and it was not the unit specified. I have been calling since 10:14 Wednesday morning 08/25. I left multiple voicemails, since i had gone up there that same day to try to view a unit and and nobody was there (since it's COVID I can understand). I took a chance on the unit because while viewing Wednesday I ran into a customer that had the unit size I needed and they did say the manager was not really ever there but the facility is clean and they hadn't had any problems. Purchased the unit the night of 8/25 and left another voicemail to try to get the gate code early and since it says someone will return to me within 24-48 hours. I gave it time. Today is Saturday 8/28 my move in date and nobody has called me nor any of my family members back about the unit. The message center individuals unfortunately aren't much help because they don't have any property layouts or more knowledge about stuff happening on the property so I did NOT move into the unit. Called the 1800 number and asked for a refund because it makes no sense to not be able to help the people who are new to the vicinity and just need assistance even if not physically there. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS OR VOICEMAILS. TERRIBLE SERVICE OVERALL.

    Today I finally received a call from the Senior District Manager. Of course, this is after I called him literally every day this week, sent him an email on Monday, reached out on Twitter, submitted a form on their website, and forwarded my original email to their Social Media Support department. He spoke for a while talking about the break-in and trying to get me to understand it better. My problem really wasn't the break-in. That was just the catalyst for all of my other frustrations to reach a boiling point, so I interrupted and let him know what was truly bothering me. All I really wanted was a phone call. You know, to be acknowledged as a [valued] customer and not ignored. It got that. I'm still not 100% confident in how they're handling the obvious security problems at this location, but at least now I'm able to talk to someone about it. I don't anticipate any more problems because I'm sure my issues regarding their staff and security lapses will be addressed. I really am trying to think positively about the entire situation. And he did apologize for not responding more quickly. I was glad that was acknowledged. Later in the day someone from Public Storage's customer service team called me to follow-up. He said he saw where the District Manager had already credited my September rent (that I promptly paid on time and without hesitation). That was nice, although I wasn't trying to get anything for free. I added a star because they finally called back. Hopefully I'll be able to update this again and increase my rating over the next few weeks as things improve. Cross your fingers for me!

    It's in a good location but not a good storage building. I have used this storage for about a year now and I have experienced or see it all. We you first rent an unit they make you get renter's insurance becuase there is break ins and water damage always happening. If you have an 2-floor unit you will have your stuff stolen unless you have a lock like the one in the picture and/or the roof will leak it rains hard at all making your things wet more likely, I have only got my water damage on my things. Pricing wise when I first rented a storage unit I was paying $100 for the first 6 months and afterward $130, I have a 10x10 unit. The staff here even tells tenants to milk the insurance when making a claim and is afraid when tenants come by with put a notice before moving their things out every month. I only keep things I am not worried about in my unit and/or things that wont get ruined by water. I only recommend this place if you only rent for a short time period and/or you don't care about your things getting damaged/stolen.

    Broken Locks from the inside by a thief to gain access to your personal possession that you think are safe at this location.

    What a dump! Dirty , limited access to carts, doors broken, stinks ! I suggest trying another place ! Horrible
