I have been renting a unit for just over a week & it is already infested with rats. The owners are refusing to take responsibility. They only sent an exterminator out because I insisted it was an emergency. There is rat poop & pee all over my items. I have to wait for the poison to take effect before I can accurately assess the extent of the damages. There is a hole in the ceiling of my unit where rats have chewed their way through, indicating how they were able to get into my unit in the first place. Anyone who is in the very back building needs to be notified & anyone looking to rent needs to be wary. read more
